No incentive was offered As the kids say these days... my experience using Paycor at my company was quite "mid". Not the worst I've used, but certainly not the best. I know others in my organization had an even worse time with it. Internally, is was typically referred to as "Paincor". #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros As far as HR softwares go, it technically accomplishes most of what it sets out to do. It has an app where you can view your pay stubs and pay history and sign documents. #### Cons "Finicky" would be the word that comes to mind when I think about the couple of years my company used Paycor. Again, it mostly got the job done on the main things, but I remember the login experience being especially awful. If you backgrounded the app for more than a few seconds, your session would expire and you'd have to re-authenticate. Very frustrating when you're trying to quickly swap between another app like the calculator to figure up something.
