  • Pros

  • I really appreciate customer support - all queries addressed over time have received prompt and useful response. The price is competitive and the budget options provided are highly appreciated.
  • I also like that they constantly renew and improve the product often. They have great customer service and it’s easy to reach them.
  • The free trial is perfect for trying out Paymo. I did just that initially and was so impressed that I had to continue with the paid version of Paymo.
  • Cons

  • When I tell people about Paymo, they immediately think it's a financial tool, not a project management tool, based on the name. I would hate for this to hold Paymo back in the market.
  • Sometimes I get lost when trying to input my time.
  • I guess my biggest dislike is the new timesheets view, the hitboxes on the time entries seem to be slightly out of sync with the visual modules.

  • It was a beautiful and unique experience. I hope this application will continue to develop and be one of the best applications.
  • Powerful, flexible, very easy to keep up to date and reliable. Good integration with banking and statutory services.
  • The reporting and dashboards helped me make better decisions to grow my business. I'm very happy with choosing Xero as my accounting solution, and would recommend any startup to consider it.
  • Cons

  • Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.
  • There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.
  • The single most annoying thing about it is the support.
