PM3Time is a cloud-based time tracking tool suitable for large organizations in all industries. It offers time and expense recording, billing and invoicing, rate cards, reporting tools, approval workflows and more.
PM3Time allows users to log time for multiple tasks, projects and clients, and time can be entered on desktop devices or through a dedicated mobile app. Multiple rates can be assigned for the same work and can be allocated by time period or customer. The built-in workflow engine allows managers to accept or decline timesheets and expense claims and log comments when declining.
Customer and supplier invoices can be generated directly based on timesheet data, and invoices can be sent in bulk if needed. Users can print out utilization, cost and billing reports for customers, projects, business or organisations, and reports can also be exported to Excel, Word and PDF formats.
