Really liked the quadrant look and the ease of moving tasks across categories. Linked well to my calendars and reminders. Useful to see an overview of tasks.
For me it became overkill and I was spending more time categorizing and organizing tasks than actually doing them. I eventually deleted the app and went for a simple uncategorized task manager that suited my workflow better.

It's helped to increase our team's productivity and organization to handle an increasing workload.
The wide variety of tools that allows you to handle various task- and team-management. You can easily customize the features to
The handheld app needs some work to catch up to the desktop version, which is a bit of a downer - but the dev team re-assures that they are working on it.

the concept and use of organization is very effective. Clear prioritization as you would expect! Great tool.
Would like to see more syncing with email or email attachments. Would like to see editing of attachments and notes.

4 quadrants and the fact that you can customise the labels, colours etc
Ability to set due dates
Drag and drop delete
Ability to choose icons for each item
That one has to click through to another screen to set due date
Would be nice to be able to check an item on list and as you did that it would be deleted
Our team uses this to maintain living agendas for regular meetings. Being able to build and monitor agenda items in real time ensures that all parties are prepared and the conversation moves quickly.
As I use this for just one function, there are many features that I have not explored. I don't think that it's a software problem as much as it might be a marketing problem. If I fully understood more value propositions, this tool might be more valuable to my broader organization.

The thing that I like most is having all tasks in front of me, backed up to the cloud. Once a task is recorded, it wont be complete until I mark it as done, so I will never forget to do something that been asked of me. I don't have to worry about losing a piece of paper or diary with my to-do list inside, its all saved to my account.
With a relatively full list of items, the mobile app is cluttered to the point that I dont use it while I am out and about. I think it would benefit from a different layout option to the desktop app as it has a much smaller screen size to work with. The desktop app could be more beautiful too.
Natasha from Aquilini Group
Customer Service is very helpful. I like the easy use of the app as well. And that there are a few ways to do the project set up
There needs to be more tutorial as there is a lot of things that are not clear when you start using PM

Staying on task
No keeping track of checklist, it is always available online, no matter where you are. The best overall thing is, no more forgetting to do something!
I would like for there to be an option that automatically deletes completed items after 30 days or so for everyday duties.

It helps me manage all my to-dos and keeps me focused on the items that are most important. I have told many people about it.
I love the matrix style and the ability to always have it up on my screen. It helps me organize all my small tasks that do not need to be in my project management software.
I do not use it to its full potential by any means but it works for what I need. I do wish I knew more about what all its capabilities are. I also wish there was a phone app so I could add things when I am not by my computer.
Mathias from Rosenklink
Good daily overview. Good possible plannig (but GANT funktionality ist not sufficant yet).
Good overview, one of the best. Easy to use, GANT integrated. Not overloaded, Easy to configure, good mobile App.
Too expensive. GUI not properly programmed/missing functions concerning GANT Chart funktionality. Repeating actin items remain visible and overload the sreen. Web Client still beta.
Elias from ProgenCell
I love that I can prioritize my tasks by icon (1-9), filter them by date and group them by tag all at the same time.
I think filters can be better by having a customized option. right now every time you add a task, you have to redo your filter.
Also I think price is high, because I am a single user and I don't need all the features for teams.
Charles from Morpho
I am continually thrilled using this product. With the instructional videos, learning more each time to take the product to new limits. I have kept tracked of projects and opportunities that I may have missed. I am actually ready for my review and goals for the company this year. Early and thorough. Tagged items really breaks down the data so it is easily searchable, I highly recommend using that feature.
I would like more `effort categories. I wanted to transform this to ease billing to Customer. I have just started using the feed to set the effort level, it just doesn't translate well in the reports. Especially 30 and 90 min effort levels.

Stress management as I now am in the habit of planning my days the day before.
All the features for automation and ease of use. Emails to the inbox and creating activities is one of the key feutures I use on a daily basis.
Still in trial mode. Currently, I struggle with the cost per user as I would like to have a few of my team mates start a trial.

It helps keep track of numerous activities while using multiple platforms (on the phone, on the comp). It pushes you towards a paperless and dynamic workflow.
Even though it mostly works, I keep on getting error reports regarding syncing. This undermines my confidence in the product since I do not know if there is a problem building up which I am not aware of.
Another downside is that I have trouble ranking tasks by priority. The only filter I find useful is the star, and it regretfully doesn't show when I print it out. Maybe I am using it wrong.

Ability to focus on what's important and be more efficient. Moreover it allows me to never miss a new task or capture a thought.
Easy to use, good task filters and support to tags. I particularly like the way it's structured by projects and the fact it allows me rename the quadrants to something the works for me.
It lacks on good reporting and export features. The web interface experience could be improved to be as close as possible to the Windows client version.

It helps me get actionable tasks out of my head and organized, and my lists are always available to see either on my computer or phone.
I like having the ability to create an unlimited number of projects. This allows me to have separate 'projects' for each of the key people I work with who have actionable tasks, plus I have a primary "mothership" tasks list.
The web version of the tool has been clunky at times. Specifically, I've needed to refresh the page to see tasks eliminated.

Helps with time management, organization, delegating and collaborating.
I like the icons and the tag feature. I like having the ability to drag and drop between quads. I like the notes feature on individual items and the ability to add files. I like that when you use the word email in an item name it automatically assigns the email icon. I like the ability to set due dates and recurring deadlines. I like the ability to track my own progress and effort percentages as well as observe others.
I don't like how when you sort by icon, it does not sort icons featuring numbers in numerical order. So if you are using orange icons featuring numbers 1-9, when you sort by icon it starts with 9 and moves in descending order. I'd prefer it start with 1. I'd like to see an option to "Unmark All" for all items marked done in individual Quads as well as a project as a whole. I would appreciate more videos or tutorials on using all of the different features together, like a time lapsed start to finish project video. The tips feature is nice but does not give a bigger picture.

Perfect tool to organize your own tasks and those of your team
The ability to delegate tasks and the easy follow up. Furthermore the segregation into projects. Easy to use !
It is not easy to recognize its own priorities on different tasks spread over various projects. And the use of the communication / Feed is not always comfortable to use.
Dorothy from E-Learning
That I can easily create new projects and track notes on each task.
That I can use on both Mac and WIN.
That I can color code my project matrix.
I'd love to have a better UX or view of all currently due or priority tasks highlighted throughout all projects.
That there are sync issues sometimes between Mac an WIN versions.
That the cursor jumps around when inputting notes for a task. (WIN version)
When you have too many items or projects, the major hurdle is how to have a systematical way to track the activities. PM provides a way to do so. One of my major challenges is still how to keep it updated without too much effort.
It provides a sane way to handle alerts. In addition, the user can access the same files using the mobile apps as well.
When you have too many items in one project, it is not easy to see all of them based on the design. In addition, there is no way to edit the Tags list as I understand.
