The sky-high price to use in a team. You should make a team version much less expensive for little groups
PM gives you very good options for the administration of activities since with it you can highlight important points by means of notes, dates as the project requires it because it allows the meticulous monitoring of activities and the progress of execution
Absolutely can not think of cons as it gives you ease for any company or organization to maintain order in all the advances, have always worked on improving every day software

The 4 quadrant system makes sense to me. Being able to label them helps me custom design each project. I also like being able to drag items between quadrants and projects.
There is probably a way to do this, but I would like to be able to pull up a list of the 10 "hottest" to dos for the day from all of my projects.

Valuable dashboard/heads-up-display for activities of myself and my team. Scheduling integration with Outlook for time-bound tasks. Running logs/news feeds for each task to avoid lengthy status updates.
Action Issue/Item diaries/logging - this enable me to keep track of activity on a task without having a visible running log.
I would like to be able to configure the UI to different formats for different types of product tracking. Sometimes the quadrant method isn't the best fit.

User friendly, simple, great features and awesome customer support at a reasonable price point. I think the Outlook extension is fantastic.
I do wish it had a few more features like sub-projects for example. I have had a few requests in the past for certain features that were not available but on the positive side, I think the PM team is always looking for way to improve the tool.

Priority Matrix has become practically indispensable to me in my project management. As an independent consultant, I find it a powerful and handy tool to keep track of my responsibilities to my clients, to record and track pending obligations, and to manage everything from due dates to vendors to invoicing. There is not a day that I don't use it, and hardly a day that I'm not very glad for it. In addition, I have found the customer support superb--fast, informed, concise and helpful. I've now begun using it with some of my own sub-contractors, and they're finding valuable utility in it too--even as PM makes it possible for us to coordinate our shared projects together elegantly and easily from a distance. Specifically, we can assign each other tasks in shared projects, track each other's progress, leave each other edits, comments, and linked documents, and more. Works like a snap.
PM also recently improved the ability to send emails directly from the email window (I use Gmail) to PM projects, including with deadlines, which is yet another upgrade I've valued. Finally, the integration across platforms is seamless (I use it on my iPhone, my iPad and my Mac).
In sum: For me it has been a highly useful product, easy to learn and apply, with a great support team.
If I could change one thing, it would be to be able to make matrices for projects sub-matrices of other projects. For example, I have multiple projects I'm managing simultaneously for individual clients, and the jobs' complexity requires me to set up their own matrices for each project. But it would be helpful if those projects could all be integrated together underneath the client. I'd also value a fast way for PM to tell me each week what deadlines for tasks are approaching.

I like the ability to visually focus on one quadrant at a time and tune out the rest. I also like that it is customizable for the end user.

I like the ability to see what is due now! I also like that I can stay in contact with my co-workers on mutual projects to assign tasks and know when they are complete.
I wish there were more matrix blocks! I would like to see the ability to add another box for an additional category as needed!
Sometimes looking at everything all at once can feel slightly overwhelming, it would be nice to have the tasks pop up when they are due only.

The software is straight to the point, once set up very easy to use and to implement with my staff and keep track of their daily/weekly/monthly assignments.
I manage varius cafes, whenever i go to duplicate a project with the same items for a different location the items slowly begin to disappear and I end up having to make the project from scratch.

Completing tasks and putting notes as an update for each task. I like that there is an app for people on the go
The software does not need 4 squared. It's either Urgent or Not Urgent. I only usually use 2 squares anyway

Self management - too early to see more benefits
Calendar, analytics, drag and drop, integration with outlook...a lot of the features I'm yet to use much as we cement the basics - core features are very helpful. Our service centre has the helpdesk sw, I have PM!
Wish is was full featured browser based (no client) and flexible enough to create XxX matrices as opposed to limited to 4x4

Easy to use, and pretty graphic. It lets you customize to diffiriantice your projects. It keeps everybody connected, receiving alerts when someone updates a task.
Also great support service, and webbinars are helpful too.
It doesn´t check if you put too many task for one day, and the sum of the hours is greater than the time you have in a working day. It´d be nice to have the possibility to assign people, time and money to the tasts; so you can check (in a simple way) the impact of the project.
If you have a time working in long distances, with no possibility of meeting every day; it´s a great tool. Also helps you to organize your own work when you have many projects.
