I highly recommend Project DocControl for managers who need a lot of document management options. The features that come with this software are amazing.

It takes a bit of time to explore and understand all of the features. It is well worth your time to play around with them before building a project.

The ability to track the status of RFI's, Change Order's and Submittals. It prints out great reports you can take to meetings allowing me to question the progress or lack of progress for all and give a copy to everyone to see who is the holdup.

I don't like not having the ability to change the column widths in the Payment Application to give the owner more Description with out having to print a more detailed report.

I have always liked this software for project management operations

Construction forms, formats, templates, excel friendly, custom pay applications

Job cost reporting, WIP reports, not cloud based, no accounting interfacing

This is a solid, easy to use, project management app that works great for any type of subcontractor. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Anyone with basic Microsoft skills will easily adapt to this software. It handles all the necessary functions needed for project managers - RFIs, submittals, POs, subcontracts, changes orders, and will do a whole list of other things as well.

Would like to be able to customize easier; some forms don't display info exactly how I would prefer.

Feature set that allows for all aspects of a project to be recorded, and made available for our clients and designer. As well as ability to upload project working files and work orders. Flexibility is excellent.

So far some issues with minor software glitches but this can be down to our network speeds.

Able to track RFI's, NCN's, Submittals with ease. You can print reports search reports easily. This program has been a great addition to our company.

The software is great for multiple people working on the same project. Easy to take notes and communicate easily with others. Easy to save and update notes and files.

Easy management tools and help when I needed it! The support really was there at all hours if I needed it.

I enjoyed it 100%! There was nothing I did not use on this program!
