This service is in fact a wonderful alternative to everything that Google's competitors can offer to you at the moment. Why do I think so? Yes, everything is very simple! He just has a lot of positive qualities that really simplify your life! First, the service is absolutely free. Secondly, it has a somewhat similar functionality to the DropBox (file sharing), but you immediately have a large amount of space, plus the ability to work with archives of popular formats, editing the basic formats of text files, presentations and tables.
The menu at first looks somewhat unusual and it has to get used to it. But this takes only a few days, and then you feel the sheer pleasure of working with the program.
Project Drive is an awesome collaboration tool. We're a 10 person team scattered in 3 locations. We needed a web-based solution to share the information on our different projects inside our team. We found the perfect tool with Project Drive. We can manage our tasks, expenses and time efficiently. I love that I can create customized reports. We were looking for a program that would allow us to store our contracts, as well as keep track of renewal dates/expiring dates and allow us to do a search for specific criteria without having to open up and read a contract. Well, this program does it. It does take time to set up the database, but once all the information has been put in, the system is fast and convenient. Whenever we have had any requests and/or challenges, Project Drive is extremely quick and responsive to us. Whenever we think of something new that the program does not do, they find a way to make it work. The program has already done more than we had expected and we are extremely pleased with it. We would recommend it to anyone who was looking for something similar.
We have not really found much to not be happy with. The program does everything we were looking for, has some glitches, which they fix as soon as you tell them about it. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with.
When using the search box a space acts like a break. So, if you are looking for a company name and put in "Project Drive", the search will bring up everything with the word "Project" in it and the word "Drive" in it, which is not too helpful.
