Otherwise, great product and really wonderful customer service. Knowledge of this product is also highly valued in business.

This company has a no-refunds policy. Should you inadvertently choose the wrong plan they will not refund you.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. It is a scam and I sincerely warn everyone out there not to fall for their nonsens.

The biggest benefit I have experienced is having everything listed in an organized manner at my fingertips.

It is a classic Project management tool  which is very user friendly  and is easy to use. This tool is one of its kind.

Functionality and ease of use. Comparing it to Microsoft Project , I like the reporting process and the dashboard for quick analysis of projects.

I did this cause the price point looked fantastic. However, when I went to connect the API, which is mentioned in the FAQ's how to set this up, I was told I had to upgrade to ENTERPRISE.

It was wonderful using this wonderful software.

Easy to share among leads/managers. Task Management function is really great and helps everybody stay on track.

The company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is existent but absolutely no help.

Gantt charts are a great way of tracking time. Integrations with the Microsoft Office suite.

ProjectManager is a small-scale tool, great for light work and small groups. Easy to use and navigate.

The software itself was disqualified after spending less than 30 minutes in the trial as it's severely lacking in quality.

Experience has been very good, makes it easy to track daily/weekly completed tasks and see the amount of time usually spent on each said task.

This adds unnecessary time to project plan building when you have to stop to change the resources on every.

It looks good and you feel like you have found a good software, but beware. They are just manipulating you to take your money.

Asked for a refund as i never really got far into the trial never mind using it for my business and they refuse to do anything except send you a link to their terms and service.

The reporting tools also help to project the future. It is also easy to set up, user friendly and good for small teams and start ups.

I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

I love the flexibility and ease of use. The ability to flip from tasklist to schedule to card views is great.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

Overall our experience has been great, customer service and tutorials are awesome.

I love using this tool for work as it offers me multiple functions that streamline and quickly manage my projects. Smartsheet has a very amazing and nice interface.

The new features have been awesome. One think I love the best is the Report Builder functionality.

I use smartsheet to organize several projects among a team, as well as organize my own individual projects. It's great for simple organization or complex - highly customizable and actually fun to use.

The issue is not the software but the person setting it up. It is frustrating to contribute to the poorly designed Smartsheet because of the lead's limited knowledge.

Someone it is hard to give access to others - but that is user error on our end with the credentials.

Cost efficient easy to use project tracking tool with good view options.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

I have long been an admin user of this solution and have continued to build an understanding of all the excellent features that are available within this.

There is an excellent integration with both JIRA and Salesforce, allowing us to leverage all three products together for increased efficiency.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.

Therefore, it’s a useful application to investigate on daily basis about the assigned tasks in an interesting way.

It is really helpful when you are a leading or being just a part of some project. It helps to manage all information well.

I love that this software is so easy to use. If you have ever used a spreadsheet software before, then you are good to go.

The maintenance can be a pain, even though you are warned ahead of time.
