Refuse to do anything but give you another month of their useless software.

My problem was more with the customer service than the product itself.

Otherwise, great product and really wonderful customer service. Knowledge of this product is also highly valued in business.

This company has a no-refunds policy. Should you inadvertently choose the wrong plan they will not refund you.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. It is a scam and I sincerely warn everyone out there not to fall for their nonsens.

The biggest benefit I have experienced is having everything listed in an organized manner at my fingertips.

It is a classic Project management tool  which is very user friendly  and is easy to use. This tool is one of its kind.

Functionality and ease of use. Comparing it to Microsoft Project , I like the reporting process and the dashboard for quick analysis of projects.

I did this cause the price point looked fantastic. However, when I went to connect the API, which is mentioned in the FAQ's how to set this up, I was told I had to upgrade to ENTERPRISE.

It was wonderful using this wonderful software.

Easy to share among leads/managers. Task Management function is really great and helps everybody stay on track.

The company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is existent but absolutely no help.

Gantt charts are a great way of tracking time. Integrations with the Microsoft Office suite.

ProjectManager is a small-scale tool, great for light work and small groups. Easy to use and navigate.

The software itself was disqualified after spending less than 30 minutes in the trial as it's severely lacking in quality.

Experience has been very good, makes it easy to track daily/weekly completed tasks and see the amount of time usually spent on each said task.

This adds unnecessary time to project plan building when you have to stop to change the resources on every.

It looks good and you feel like you have found a good software, but beware. They are just manipulating you to take your money.

It is a very good Online/SaaS solution for project management. I have been using MS project and this has all the features of it.

Asked for a refund as i never really got far into the trial never mind using it for my business and they refuse to do anything except send you a link to their terms and service.

This is very good and fantastic app to work while doing projects. It has some unique feature which is useful.

The reporting tools also help to project the future. It is also easy to set up, user friendly and good for small teams and start ups.

The best feature I like about this software is the integration with JIRA.

It's very intuitive for someone new to the product to jump in and get a pretty good idea of what's going on very quickly.

As a consultant product owner it brings sanity to an often crazy process of prioritizing an upcoming build phase.

Export  file formats (Backlog or story map format). Besides I really enjoyed the online Customer service.

I used this for university work and it worked great. The best software I could find at the time.

However, what I liked most of all was that they also provide free educational materials.

I like the ability to work thought what we need and don't need every release and walk our clients through each element and really let them drive the process.

An excellent tool to build your story mapping.

The lowest level plan supposedly allows unlimited numbers of viewers but there seems to be issues if it was opened by me and more than one other use. The use at scale this becomes a very costly tool.

I really liked that the tool is built on a methodology that would help our team keep a user-centric approach.

There was a Microsoft alike design. Personally I dislike Microsoft look&feel.

I love Jira integration, its very simple. Would like to have more fields and custom statuses to link to.

It was difficult to understand so many options.

Very simple process, timely delivery, great customer service and good review.

While there are some minor usability annoyances there is nothing major to complain about.

Overall, excellent product. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The easy of use during customer collaboration during definition and refinement of scope and planning, and. The  easy integration with JIRA and Slack.

I miss some shortcuts for instance to zoom in and out faster.
