Otherwise, great product and really wonderful customer service. Knowledge of this product is also highly valued in business.

This company has a no-refunds policy. Should you inadvertently choose the wrong plan they will not refund you.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. It is a scam and I sincerely warn everyone out there not to fall for their nonsens.

The biggest benefit I have experienced is having everything listed in an organized manner at my fingertips.

It is a classic Project management tool  which is very user friendly  and is easy to use. This tool is one of its kind.

Functionality and ease of use. Comparing it to Microsoft Project , I like the reporting process and the dashboard for quick analysis of projects.

I did this cause the price point looked fantastic. However, when I went to connect the API, which is mentioned in the FAQ's how to set this up, I was told I had to upgrade to ENTERPRISE.

It was wonderful using this wonderful software.

Easy to share among leads/managers. Task Management function is really great and helps everybody stay on track.

The company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is existent but absolutely no help.

Gantt charts are a great way of tracking time. Integrations with the Microsoft Office suite.

ProjectManager is a small-scale tool, great for light work and small groups. Easy to use and navigate.

The software itself was disqualified after spending less than 30 minutes in the trial as it's severely lacking in quality.

Experience has been very good, makes it easy to track daily/weekly completed tasks and see the amount of time usually spent on each said task.

This adds unnecessary time to project plan building when you have to stop to change the resources on every.

It looks good and you feel like you have found a good software, but beware. They are just manipulating you to take your money.

It is a very good Online/SaaS solution for project management. I have been using MS project and this has all the features of it.

Asked for a refund as i never really got far into the trial never mind using it for my business and they refuse to do anything except send you a link to their terms and service.

Overall, I've used more than my fair share of project management and time tracking software. It's powerful and great to have it all in one place.

Customer service is also useful because you can always get a quick response to your simplest of questions and they even go as far as walking you through to a good solution.

We’ve had trouble in the past with how overwhelming this software can be.

I like how Workamajig keeps all of my files, to-dos and so on in one place - everything is organized and in place.

Unless you are a full scale agency, avoid this product at all costs.

Incredibly confusing to get acclimated to. The UI can be quite confusing.

Overall, we really like Workamajig. It’s provided us with everything we need to run our business and make a profit on our projects.

I like that tracking projects can be easy with “Jig. Additionally, it’s great that it’s ever-evolving and they release updates roughly every month.

Workamajig is great for organizations whose projects have little-to-no flexibility.

The user interface is downright terrible. It is clunky, it doesn't refresh when it is supposed to and the load times are extremely laggy.

I find the software not visually pleasing. We use it to keep track of a lot of projects and its hard to differentiate each at a glance.

Moving meetings often causes errors, interface is confusing, does not integrate with google calendar.

We mostly use this system for job numbers, budgets and estimating/invoicing. It performs best for us in those key areas.

Perform well and is functionally adequate for the needs of the company. A definite improvement from previous interfaces if you have been using this platform before and are thinking about returning.

I use this software to book orders mainly and for keeping a timesheet. It is pretty straight forward and user friendly.
