You can send a PDF invoice direct from Projectworks to a customer and customize the template. There is a lot of additional info that can be added to the PDF that Projectworks creates, as there is data that doesn't exist in Xero. For example you could include the total project budget and the total invoiced to date. You can also export the invoice to Xero to maintain your financial records. However, it is currently not possible to automatically create an invoice line for every time entry associated with an invoice. Our fees are often slightly different structures both in terms of fee and resourcing and we are able to create each project and key deliverables to match this. The customer service is also excellent! #### Cons We had a bit of trouble with the way the manual / historical data imported in to Projectworks - in hindsight, perhaps the onboarding around this could have been clearer.
