It is so that before utilizing Projectworks at all, my team always is touring around to two or more tools to see if our marketing campaigns are under budget or making profit. Flew to this, and, at the first logon, the UI is somewhat weighty and perplexing due to the many settings and options. Second, the mobile version isn't as seamless as desktop and, when traveling and simply looking at a project status, that can be a bit cumbersome. There is a lot of additional info that can be added to the PDF that Projectworks creates, as there is data that doesn't exist in Xero. For example you could include the total project budget and the total invoiced to date. You can also export the invoice to Xero to maintain your financial records. However, it is currently not possible to automatically create an invoice line for every time entry associated with an invoice.
