What impressed me the most was the app's seamless integration with material suppliers. Project Vector provided a dedicated portal for suppliers, allowing them to update inventory levels, submit quotations, and manage deliveries. This streamlined the procurement process and reduced the risk of miscommunication or delays. Collaborating with suppliers has never been this efficient!

Cons:

An area that could use some attention is the app's mobile version. While it was functional and allowed me to perform essential tasks on the go, there were occasional instances of lag or slow loading times, especially when dealing with larger files or complex project data. Optimising the mobile experience would be a fantastic addition to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, regardless of the device being used.

PVManager doesn't offer a dedicated mobile application, instead opting for a Progressive Web Application (PWA), which may not deliver the same level of performance. Its document control functionality, while operational, could see some improvement for optimal efficiency.

Cons:

PVManager does not eprovide a native mobile app but PWA which is not as good. the document control is not perfect but works ok.

Pros:

Finding the document is easy in PVManager.

Cons:

Uploading Documents is a little complicated because if you do not follow the order of the revisions, all the teams might receive more than 50 emails as confirmation which can be bothering.Also editing the account information in some part needs to be confirm by admin.

Nice and Simple

Generally PV Manager was easy to use and with a few simple improvements it would have the potential to be a great user-friendly software.

The interface is nice and simple and visually appealing.

Cons:

It would be great if there was more flexibility with naming files / revisions when uploading multiple files at a time. It would also be useful if people from the same team could move / delete files rather than only the person who uploaded the file having this ability.An archive system would be very useful so that old files could be selected and moved to an archive folder automatically named with the upload date. It would be useful if people other than the admin could make new folders.

What I like about the product is that it is user-friendly also it is very flexible with our requirements, and we don't to have any other tools for managing our project and costs, documents. Everything is in one place! More than anything all support from project vectors is fantastic. I recommend it!
