There's also the cost; the value for its money is quite steep if you're a small organization; however, if you are a large organization, you can allocate someone, and the customer support would be more than happy to help you. I did find in my own experience, as I am a single team, that the employment management tool wasn't necessarily needed for me and that I wasn't taking full advantage of the software as I wanted to, so I made a transition to a software that was cheaper Simplifi By Quicken then it could be more easily accessible to my needs. There are also a lot of ways to report taxes, and their application on iOS is pretty cool and great to look at but can be challenging to navigate at times too. Cons: The learning curve was very steep in order to be able to utilize the software properly, and additionally, they didn't provide many classes or learning materials that I could see. It just cost me to feel like I needed to go out of my way to learn it, and by the time I was learning, I was getting frustrated because the information I was absorbing was fragmented.
