Pros/Cons
Pros
- Representative was a complete delight and super helpful. The customer service alone is worth the investment.
- I love QB Time, it works great and is very reliable. It is nice to have it all in one place.
- This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.
Cons
- This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.
- I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.
- The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.
Pros
- The notification that pops up once logged into Kronos is very helpful and provides relevant important information and reminders. Love how easy it is to create, edit, and share reports.
- The program is fantastic, and I appreciate being able to manage Payroll, TLM, and Benefits Open Enrollment in one location.
- Kronos is robust and fairly user friendly. It does a good job of storing and parsing data, and the reporting features are easy to customize.
Cons
- The layout of the pages are incredibly difficult to navigate and the color schemes are awful. It's a program that I dread needing to use on a day to day basis.
- The UI and how it manually enters pay codes is really difficult to do efficiently. I find myself constantly frustrated when entering manually.
- I think it is very difficult to read the confirmation page, it does not show the dependents without having to reopen it. It is very confusing when selecting dependents and spouses for a plan.
