Easy to manage PTO!

Pros

It is very easy to manage and monitor paid time off requests.

Cons

The support system is great, the team will go above and beyond to help you and ensure your needs are taken care of, the ease of use, made this partnership a no brainier for us.

Pros

The ease of use, the system is superb in the way it allows our employees to clock in and out from the fields, the different activities, departments are a great help for our business that has many areas in which we separate our labor. It is of simple use and we love that the app can be downloaded into mobile phones and tablets for our team to carry with them into the different areas of our work.

Cons

the reporting is not as detail as we would like it, meaning, it does have many reports and they will customize whatever you need, is just the having to go through support to have them do that for you, but Support system is Amazing.

Easy to use, logical, self explaining and the user support really helps. Availability is also great (software & support)

Cons

The change for the topic "Time Off Types" costs more time now. Because you have to select, add and save. Repeat with all further steps. Also no possibility to set a Deputy in a easy way.

Replicon Timesheet tool works good for one request at a time and RIA works good for bulk request.

Overall was satisfying and very fulfilling experience.

Pros

Timely request provided to the customer and tried to resolve on time which was successful. Very good over all.

Cons

Bulk upload can be done faster if it is possible from RIA or some other tool of replicon. Data format be given preference and the know how of it be explained to us and also about replicon data fields.

Great service. When I call the help desk cares and does a nice job!

Pros

The software is easy to use and it allows my team to track their time which in turn helps me know: (a) how much to pay them and (b) respond to customer's request on how much time have we taken with a respective project (during a time period or year to date). As a result, Replicon saves me time.

Cons

If an employee makes a common mistake on multiple timesheets that I can not fix it all at once vs. having to open up each worksheet (i.e. an activity is "billable" but they marked it as not billable." It doesn't happen often but when it does I should have the option.

Lots of Features, Great Support, Sort of Buggy

Set up and support team are lovely. Super responsive. Understand issues quickly. Pleasant to work with. And most importantly solve problems fast.

Pros

It has a lot of features and is very flexible for different types of business who track hours

Cons

The project orientation is cumbersome. We are client based and not project based so having to convert all of our clients into projects is tricky. Also, the expense tracking does not fully integrate.

Easily record my time and request time off

Replicon is much better than the manual timesheets we used to have to fill out forever ago. It makes it easier for managers to approve their employee's time.

Pros

Replicon makes it easy to record my time daily and automatically enters holidays and my approved time off on my timesheet If I need to look back at past timesheets, or re-open an old sheet it is easy and user friendly with just a click. All the information you need is easy to find on either the Timesheet or Time Off tabs. I can quickly see my Vacation and Sick time balances.

I like that when time is approved I receive an email and don't have to go back to the software to check.

Cons

The drop down's where you select the Program/Project to post time to is a little daunting at first, however I think it is more how our particular company set this up than it is an actual issue with the software's functionality.

Pros

The software is quite user-friendly. It has a lot of functionalities, out of which I don't believe we're even using everything.
It's very easy to get support and you can chat if you prefer or get a call when you need to speed things up. The support representatives are always very polite and eager to help.

Cons

Perhaps as there are quite a lot of functionalities I am not always able to determine how changing one option can impact something else. In those cases I usually search for the help of the support to make sure I'm not missing something.

When used properly it does help with our time processing.

Pros

I think it is easier for users once they are trained and you have a field supervisor doing a review.

Cons

The up front work is harder for project managers because these individuals may be on a short project but it requires the same amount of work to set up.

Easy to use and great support

Pros

This software is fairly easy to use from an admin and general user perspective. The best thing is that they have a very robust customer service team and support structure.

Cons

There is so much functionality that it can be hard sometimes to quickly find what you're looking for, especially if it is something you aren't familiar with. The good thing is that answers are just a phone call away.
