  • Pros

  • I would definitely recommend it for other companies.
  • Even our most (self-confessed) techno-phobic employees love it. The API is excellent and the level of administrative control is a real plus point.
  • Cons

  • For example,if i open a timesheet to change a name of a project, when i click on the drop down it pulls up name of the client but will not pull up the projects under that client.
  • The software allows you to clock-in and clock-out two times in a row, resulting in a error that has to be manually fixed by a supervisor.

  • The product has a useful integration and ease of use.
  • The best part is You can import everything from JIRA, within just 5 minutes. Special mention to the ZOHO Support team and Demo team, they did a amazing job in helping us move into ZOHO Sprints.
  • Cons

  • Cannot prioritize user stories when viewing the Epic list. No concept of teams, you assign users to a project or sprint.
  • Having it bundled with Zoho Remotely is confusing. I am not sure if I am paying just for Sprints or for all of remotely.
