I love that RescueTime is both easy to use, requiring very little setup, and also infinitely customizable, meaning that over time you can mold it to exactly what you want it to be doing.

In addition, you get a dashboard online for you to visualise your activity. It greatly helped us to improve how we spent our time.

I have not stumbled upon any issues or errors. The only concern is that I am not sure where they use the collected data.

I love how simple it is to use. It's very intuitive and has pretty rich data if you are curious to dig into how you focus and spend your time.

I am glad I installed it, though I am not checking it regularly. But it helped me understand how I spend my time and how to be more productive.

It's great at helping you focus your attention where you need it to be.

The tool does a lot more than that, but I capture this metric and email it to myself daily thanks to a Zapier hook.

The ease of use is the best of that tool. Without having to remember to start a task or something, it silently records what you are doing in the background.
