"To add to this, the reminder emails they send do not link to the existing ticket or name it, so you have to log in to even know what issue they are referencing. When on client calls using "Presentation" mode, you cannot make any updates."
"There is one thing i observed: when i am using the product on 2 tabs simultaneously, the project updates or changes i made in the first tab don't gets reflected on the second tab and i might end up losing the timesheet data which i have filled out."
