It has been easy and it is quick to make changes. It is super fast to log in and to add people to it. It personalizes all of the staff with their pics and details. I think it is pretty good as it also integrates their sallary. Great software. When we cancelled our subscriptions, RosterElf immediately logged us out of our account with 3 weeks left on the subscription and denied a partial refund or use of the reminder time. We have gone back to working on fast, easy and reliable spreadsheets. Cons: The migration between the timesheets from RosterElf and Xero is glitchy (sometimes only populating some employees; this meant you had to complete the rest manually); elf support blamed it on a Xero issue. The rota system mainly works, but it is slow to use. It has a 2-second delay by auto-saving every amendment made (very tedious if you need to change a start time for your staff quickly).
