The ability to automatically report information from our teams on site, capturing that information right in Scoop, and then presenting it for our clients has made our entire operation increasingly smoother. Scoop is a great software for continual process iteration as well, giving us the ability to take team feedback and modify parts of each workflow from information display to notification schemes. Overall, the buildout of our Scoop platform has made information handoff significantly easier between team members and our clients which has freed up the Captain Power team to focus more on doing rather than busy work and manual project updates.
