- 4 stars: 81 reviews (31%)
- 3 stars: 11 reviews (4%)
- 2 stars: 3 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 2 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- It is also great how you can go from quotation, to tasks, to resource allocations, to project management, to invoicing, to financial tracking all in one place and with ease.
- I liked that, in theory, Scoro had a wide range of time tracking and resource management functions for both junior employees as well as reporting options for management.
- The link with Google Calendar means that I don't need to re-enter work blocks, and the ability to back-mark multiple entries at once means that I don't have to be on top of my time-tracking every day or week when I am really up against it.

### Most mentioned cons

- We believe there is a simple fix to add a column to the project page, but we are having to use a not ideal workaround with things being missed.
- Synchronising can be a bit tricky and I often need assistance with this when we want to track certain things.
- The calendar view is not the best.

Incredibly positive, and I would definitely recommend it to other businesses seeking similar solutions

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Scoro is by far the best tool I have used that integrates time tracking, quoting and project resourcing. The link with Google Calendar means that I don't need to re-enter work blocks, and the ability to back-mark multiple entries at once means that I don't have to be on top of my time-tracking every day or week when I am really up against it. Quoting work in Scoro is also super easy, adn the dashboards mean I can see where me and my team are spending too much or too little time, as well as looking after metrics like win rate and invoiced/quoted ratios. The rest of the team also find Scoro easy to use, and it is easy to adapt to each of their roles. It's useful to be flexible across the team as a tool, helping Scoro to be a one-stop shop for us. I would recommend Scoro to other businesses. Having used other tools for finance and time tracking, I definitely find Scoro to be the best I have encountered. The intuitive quote building makes it really easy to quote, refine and complete deals.

#### Cons

The support is not always as helpful as it could be, but I rarely need to use it as the tool is largely incredibly effective

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

I changed businesses and my new business uses Scoro

#### Vendor response

This is music to our ears, Joe! Super happy to hear you find Scoro easy to use and it has helped you save time.

### Great for resource planning and project management

- Overall rating: 4/5
- Reviewer: Anna-Kaisa R.

We've used it now for several years, and we're impressed with the rate of updates and new features being rolled out every year. Customer support is great.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Scoro has helped me to ensure my team is not overworked, to be realistic about available resources, and to prioritize work and communicate better.

#### Cons

The calendar view is not the best. Also, although this is of course mostly a benefit, Scoro is so versatile and has so many functions and small details, that some users find it a bit overwhelming.

#### Reasons for choosing Scoro

It seemed the best fit for our business.

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

The product was being discontinued, so we had to change anyway.

#### Vendor response

Thanks for the thorough review, Anna-Kaisa! It's great you have highlighted resource allocation as one of the key benefits of using Scoro as we also find it's one of our key differentiators. And indeed, we do launch 13 version updates every year so the product is constantly improving. For example, recent updates have included AI-powered instant insights, MCP server, and we will launch subtasks in early 2026 which makes managing the whole lifecycle of a project from quote to cash easier than ever.

#### Pros

A one stop shop that combines project management with finance and business intelligence. Scoro really can do it all.

#### Cons

Having worked with project management software for over 6 years, I still found Scoro difficult to use. The good part is, once you maser it, you can set it up so it'd dead simple for the non-admin user.

Scoro is such a complex tool to run you agency, very flexible and adaptive to every need. We currently use it in 5 different agencies and we knew there is no tool in the world to cover all our needs perfectly. But what we found in Scoro is tool that covers our needs best and people love to work with it.

Simplicity, design and the whole logic behind the system is just excellent. It really connects every tool agency needs into one complex solution.

#### Cons

Integration with Outlook is not 100% perfect. But the advantage the calendar sync gives us ich much much bigger than this little issue.

#### Reasons for choosing Scoro

overally much better and complex solution for such a big company

We were looking for up-to date solution for multiple agencies to cooperate together

### Scoro is the best tool of it's kind

- Overall rating: 5/5

The overall experience is very good and there's very rarely an issue with the availability of the platform which means we have confidence every day that it's not going to affect our workflow. Once new members of the team are onboarded and used to using it they are always impressed at how functional and intuitive the platform is.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

It's the most 'all rounder' tool of it's kind on the market. The most intuitive tool that I have used compared to Synergist, Traffic Live and Paprika. The data we get from Scoro is very valuable and it means that we can flex and pivot based on data rather than gut feeling.

#### Cons

There are some easy wins to make the user experience so much better - for example: - Being able to collapse rows into headers for very large quotes - Option to 'not included cost in overall total' by a click of a button - eg. Make optional (as per Synergist) - The gantt chart function is rigid and only set up for resourcing purposes rather than a dual function of being able to show a 'client friendly' version and also not being able to export as a PDF

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

Traffic Live is very old and rigid - not intuitive at all

#### Vendor response

Thanks for the great feedback, Katie! We are happy to hear Scoro is a valuable tool for your company.

### Reliable Tool for Project and Task Management

- Overall rating: 5/5

Scoro has significantly improved how we manage our projects, tasks, and team collaboration. One of the standout features for us is the ability to create task templates. This has been a game changer when it comes to recurring workflows – instead of starting from scratch every time, we can simply duplicate predefined templates, which saves a ton of time and ensures consistency across projects. The platform is intuitive, visually clean, and offers great transparency in tracking progress, time, and team workload. Customizable dashboards and detailed reporting give us full control over business performance metrics. We also appreciate the integration options, allowing Scoro to work seamlessly with our existing tools. Whether it’s managing client work, internal tasks, or keeping an eye on finances, Scoro ties it all together in one powerful system. Highly recommend it to any team looking to streamline operations and boost productivity.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Scoro offers powerful task templates, real-time project tracking, customizable dashboards, time tracking, and seamless integrations. It’s intuitive, helps standardize workflows, improves team collaboration, and increases overall efficiency.

#### Cons

Initial setup can be time-consuming due to the many customization options and also some features take time to master.

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

changed jobs and was introduced to scoro and it was a game changer

#### Vendor response

Thank you for the fantastic review — it’s great to hear Scoro is helping you standardize workflows, collaborate smoothly, and run projects with real-time visibility. We’re especially glad task templates are a time-saver and that dashboards, time tracking, and integrations give you a clear view of performance end to end. You’re right that setup and some advanced features take time to master; our team can help with template packs, role-based dashboards, and short training sessions to accelerate adoption and keep things simple for each user.

It has been excellent. Onboarding team was helpful, and the help team is attentive and helpful. It improves the way we work, provided further visibility of important metrics. It encourages collaboration and visibility, therefore accountability of everyone It was a fraction of the cost of our previous system with so much more features and support.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I love how intuitive and easy to navigate it is. All sections are linked so you can go from one to the next without having to backtrack. It is also great how you can go from quotation, to tasks, to resource allocations, to project management, to invoicing, to financial tracking all in one place and with ease. It is easy to add and remove team members and keep our data secure. It is also very easy to customise on the go.

#### Cons

I love the constant updating and improvement but at times it is hard to keep up with all the new features!

#### Reasons for choosing Scoro

Ease of use, ease of invoicing and we could maintain our way of working! It also presented minimum changes to the team after implementation.

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

It was difficult to use, expensive for what we had and no customer support.

#### Vendor response

We are so happy to hear you love Scoro, Anna! The end-to-end project management from quote to cash is what we do best, indeed.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

i’ve been using scoro for about a year now and honestly it’s been a game changer for our team. what i love most is how everything’s in one place – project management crm billing reports you name it. before we had to switch between 3 or 4 different tools and it was a mess. now it’s all connected which makes life so much easier. the dashboard is super helpful too, i can see what’s going on with all projects at once and track progress without chasing people down. time tracking is another thing that’s saved us so much trouble. we just log hours directly into the tasks and then that info goes straight into the invoicing so billing clients is way more accurate. and it’s also helped us see which projects are actually profitable. the reporting is solid too – there are a ton of options and you can customize what you want to see. definitely helpful for making decisions and keeping clients in the loop. what’s cool is that you can also tweak a lot of stuff to fit how your team works. like custom workflows and dashboards – we’ve been able to make scoro fit our process instead of the other way around. it takes some setup but once it’s running smoothly it just works. overall it really helped us become more organized and professional

#### Cons

while scoro is great in a lot of ways it’s not perfect. one of the first things i noticed was just how much stuff there is in it. like it’s powerful sure but kind of overwhelming at first. it took us a while to figure out how to use it properly and honestly we still feel like we’re only using half of what’s available. if you don’t have time to dig in and learn everything it might not be worth the price speaking of price it’s not exactly cheap. especially if you want the more advanced features or need integrations with other tools. some stuff is locked behind higher tier plans so we had to bump up just to get things we thought were basic. and while customization is great it sometimes feels like you need a scoro expert to set it up right. not the most user friendly thing in the world for non-tech people also the mobile app isn’t amazing. it works ok for checking stuff but you can’t really do full project work from your phone. and there’s no real offline mode so if your connection drops you’re kinda stuck. in short it’s a powerful tool but not the easiest to use or the cheapest so you gotta weigh whether it fits your team or not

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

Lack of functionalities, lack of proper project management, time tracking, quotes, ...

#### Vendor response

Thanks so much for the thoughtful, detailed review. We’re glad Scoro has helped your team bring projects, time, invoicing, and reporting into one place and that dashboards and profitability reporting are making a difference day to day.

On the whole Scoro is a really useful device for my work. This keeps me in check and I don’t miss my deadlines ever now. It is a little expensive but the quality is professional and 100% real. I highly recommend to use it if you have lots of projects and you want to see all in one place. It changed the way I work on an everyday basis.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I really love that Scoro has everything in one web page for me. Being a Research Assistant, I have numerous tasks and better yet countless files. With Scoro, I can see my calendar, my “to-do” list and how much time I spend on each paper that I write. The dashboard is very clean. It does not look messy. I like that I can see my project progress without having to open five different applications. It saves me quite a bit of time every morning.

#### Cons

I do not like the price, however. If you are a small team or a student researcher, it is somewhat pricey. At the beginning too, so many buttons and things. I was slightly confused for the first two days. I had to watch a couple of videos to know where all the stuff are. Learning fast is not super simple, but it requires you some patience.

#### Vendor response

Thanks for the amazing review, Faiz! It is fantastic to hear that Scoro has changed the way you work on an everyday basis, specifically by helping you stay in check so that you never miss your deadlines. Our project management tools andreal-timee progress tracking are designed exactly for this purpose, providing the professional quality and visibility needed to manage numerous projects and files in one central location. You mentioned that you really love having everything on one web page, and we are glad the clean dashboard allows you to see your calendar and to-do list without the mess of opening five different applications. This consolidation is a core part of Scoro's mission to save you time every morning by uniting your work, files, and time tracking in a single, streamlined system. We recommend exploring our Video Tutorials in Help Center, as they are specifically designed to help new users find where everything is during those first few days.

#### Pros

The visualization is very nice (For dashboards) and Pipeline is a great tool (which could still be improved)

#### Cons

The CRM, little interaction allowed in Quotes, only through Comments and tagging. Quotes cannot be found by name. Some difficulties in saving (Apparently something related to Products, but I delete them and create them again exactly the same way, and I finally win! But takes long hours) - would need also to be able to merge quotes, bring other templates once the quote has already some information (like from a content library)

#### Reasons for choosing Scoro

More complete, managed more data.

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

Was not visually attractive, and this allowed other features,.

Scoro has an awesome onboarding & support team, I've witnessed firsthand how on top of everything they are and how easy it is to get ahold of help if I'm working on a new workflow and have a question about the best way to do it. Scoro's Dashboards are the key to my sales team's performance and I love the level of transparency we have in the team due to numerous ways to delegate and track work!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Best part of Scoro is how comprehensive it is to use it. We record every single step from capturing a lead to making an order, recording the qualifying process, thorough information about the client and their needs, communication, and every step that our team needs to do to convert the lead. Tracking communication and different initiatives allows me to track every single important KPI on my team's list and have transparency in where every team member needs to improve, helps to find concerning parts that need fixing. I love the Dashboard.

#### Cons

As we're a manufacturing company, we, unfortunately, can't use the invoicing part of Scoro, which is a bummer, because we lack the warehouse functionality. If we were providing services rather than products, I'd love that for us.

#### Reasons for choosing Scoro

Scoro has way more features and better UI.

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

Salesforce has a huge price and we don't need majority of the functionality, it lacks in tracking projects, doesn't connect that part of our business to sales.

We are fixing difficulties with the extension; Scoro will be a terrific tool for growth; now that we can interface with Jira, which was previously a challenge for the team, we can construct projects faster. Scoro is an excellent application for workflow management, tracking progress, and communicating difficulties or missing tasks. We are juggling 25+ active projects at the same time with limited resources and tight timeframes, and Scoro helps our Project Managers to properly track progress. Quotes were inconsistent, and Scoro gave us with a methodology and framework to help us.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked using Zapier. The interface's simplicity and intuitiveness make it simple to create and manage tasks, time tracking, feedback, and attaching tasks to projects, creating a wonderful workflow view for the entire team. Scoro is system-oriented and adaptable; we chose to have complete onboarding assistance since it fit our operation. This forced us to think in terms of systems, which enabled us to find methods to enhance efficiency. Recent enhancements, such as the Gannt chart, give easy-to-understand performance data.

#### Cons

Task builds/gantt chart view is a little hard, dependencies don't function very well, and there appear to be a few problems to sort out. When we introduced Scoro to our staff, they did not have an established CRM or PM system, thus the learning curve was extremely steep. The monthly fee is considerable, and a stronger incentive scheme may be implemented; adding additional customers should reflect the marginal cost.

Overall my experience with Scoro is that it's helped me and the team to understand a project to a high degree and track how the project is progressing. I would recommend Scoro to a friend if they wished to use a platform to track the progression of a project to a high degree.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

I really like the feature time tracking feature for each project as it allows me to forecast time how much time I can spend on a project. I also think the buffer time spend on the project is useful as again it allows me to forecast a project.

#### Cons

I'm not a massive fan of the activity-type feature. It's tedious to keep inputting an activity type into my scoro calendar. I wish there was a way you could sync it up with google calendar so I only need to put it on my google calendar as this will save time and seems like a good feature. I also wish there weren't as many notifications from Scoro robots as it clogs up my emails.

First of all, it is project control and ability to see the future market potential. This tool first of all was meant to be as helping tool fore sales persons but it is also good tool for budgeting and future planning by segments and customer groups. It also helps us to keep up with our customers.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Before I found Scoro I already had experience with couple other CRM softweres and Scoro was the one which allow me to develop this CRM according to my needs. Besides my company was one of the first customers of Scoro so I was able not only see how it was in begining but also how Scoro was developing constantly to become one of the most "easy to work with" systems to improve daily sales. The most what I like about Scoro from early beggining was that it does not force You to use something standartized but allow You to organize it according Your needs and daily processes. This CRM system allows me to solve different important issues to improve my project control and sales overall. After my suggestion this CRM was implemented not only by other sister companies but also by several partners of our company and are established as really helpful tool to conduct projects and also help sales personal to improve their abilities and skills.

#### Cons

As a new developing system no always all my wishes can be implemented by 100% but it is sort of understandable.

#### Pros

Filtering system makes our companies job easier because we can easily find information bout clients. Dashboard is useful for overviewing companys work. But there are suggestion about making task adding from Task bundles automated. It would save our time by setting automated deadlines.

#### Cons

That I can't export clients from Companies section with related persons. Therefore if I have to send email to all existing client I have to export Companies list and manually copy/paste related persons e-mail address and phone number in exported file.

Scoro constantly assisted me and improved the team's productivity. On the other hand some features gone missing and occasional search difficulties stood away it from being perfect. Although it has a lot of power with huge possibilities and I am looking forward how its adapting.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5

#### Pros

The Scoro helped me to consolidate everything into one demonstration. It brought together the project components task, schedules and finance. Developing and executing quotes made much simpler. On top of that, having a visual lines sales to follow through, I could prioritize deals and push them faster. By looking at Scoro reports I am able to tell out time wasters and boost the work.

#### Cons

We are bit short on some functions Scoro can not provide. Custom fields and dynamic form options would be something unexpected indeed. Sometimes things were neither easy to find. If only they could make some performance tweaks that will save me precious click. I got tired of recopying the same items on invoices. Bulk option will be a big time critter.

#### Vendor response

#### Pros

I am very impressed with the customizable options and support that this platform provides. It is very user friendly, with the ability to visually drag and drop, making it a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, I appreciate that the channels and views can be reused, thus saving me time. Even with a lot of data displayed on the screen, the interface is still designed to be responsive on smaller screens such as smartphones.

#### Cons

I find Scoro's frequent updates to be challenging, as they are often done without prior warning. This makes it difficult to stay on top of the alterations and become familiar with each new version.

Really happy with the time saving we get from using Scoro. In a team of creatives, it is visually good to use. Everything is nice and simple to setup and everything is so well linked to navigate easily.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

We have a lot of repeatable processes for creating quotes and tasks, Scoro deals with this really well. Their development team are responsive and the reporting is simple to use and really flexible. The recent introduction of the Gannt chart is fantastic.

#### Cons

The CRM side is a bit lacking and but we knew that when we signed up to Scoro. We push the boundaries of using the Google Calendar integration so we have to backtrack sometimes,

#### Reasons for switching to Scoro

Visually it was a bit old looking. But mostly didn't manage projects to the standard we needed.
