The best CRM platform for web designers/developers

I love that SuiteDash eliminates the need to use several other platforms and tools. You can run your agency only by using SuiteDash. It offers integrations to expand its capabilities and your data remains with you. I also love the Client Portal which helps me offer great service to my clients. The LMS is also excellent, since I can set up tutorials for my clients without having to build an LMS from scratch.

Pros:

It is the most comprehensive CRM platform I have encountered for my web design/development and marketing business, and it enables you to incorporate your own brand (there is no SuiteDash logo after customization). Furthermore, it is GDPR compliant which is crucial to me.

Cons:

It takes a while to customize and set up everything but you only have to go through this process once, so it is acceptable. Document/form customization could be a bit more intuitive, but I can live with that. Thankfully the documentation is excellent and there are many videos to help you along.

SuiteDash had more features and I got a great LTD, which eliminated the need for monthly or annual payments. It saved me a great deal of money.

I needed features that were not available. I also required GDPR compliance. I tried them all for a while but wasn't 100%; something was always missing.

That I can configure the system to my hearts desire. I am using it to build out complex dashboards for my clients that integrate numerous other tools into one easy to use portal.

That I can configure the system to my hearts desire. This makes it a bit complicated to configure and setup but it's really worth it. Other than this, my biggest complaint would be that the API is a bit limited. I'd love for this to be more robust but otherwise it's great.

I desperately want to love everything about SuiteDash. I have been a user for a long time, basically since the beginning. Unfortunately, as my business grows we need everything to work better, not to find my glitches and limitations. We are looking very sadly looking for software alternatives.

SuiteDash still have the potential to outshine almost any CRM software out there. I love that I can host a course, a membership, and a 100% customizable client portal.

Cons:

SuiteDash is so dedicated to creating flashing new features that they are not making sure the base of their software works impeccably. There are constant bugs and issues and half build systems. Instead of dedicating to making what every already have the best it can possibly be, they are spread too thin trying to be everything to everyone. The result is an ALMOST amazing system that fails frequently enough that this diehard fan is looking for a new option.

Cons:

Definitely has a steep learning curve. We are taking it slow, one module at a time for our implementation.

SuiteDash offered the complete suite of products we were looking for (CRM, invoicing, forms), and a lot more, like the community/education modules which we can use for other things to guide our clients.

Bonsai held up one of our payments for several days and requested some very detailed business information we didn't feel comfortable with. We were long-time users, but we were already bumping up against limitations we didn't like and this was the last straw.

Great! I am still very grateful to have this system and very thankful for the support team for helping me when I needed it! I also believe they are only getting better and that the \[sensitive content hidden\] is doing his best to be THE best. He is helping without draining our pockets! Suitedash is truly and all-in-one CRM. You just have to really take the time to read the manual and learn how it can benefit your business.

What I like best about SuiteDash is how it takes so much off my plate and makes running my mobile mechanic business way easier, with the onboarding feature I evaluate potential employees and take them through a flow-application process with-in their account. The fact that I can offer cars and even offer to buy cars in my customers portal pages is also a big plus. My clients can have their own accounts and check their service history, invoices, and book appointments on their own. It saves me a ton of time and keeps them happy because they feel more in control. Also, the automation features are a lifesaver; no more chasing down payments or sending reminders manually. Everything just flows smoothly, which lets me focus on what I do best working on cars instead of drowning in admin tasks. The level of customization is another big plus because I can make the system work exactly how I need it to. Overall, SuiteDash helps me stay organized, professional, and stress-free! When it comes to understanding the system and implementing it, it's easy but I advise everyone to use the suitedash manual OR hire someone else to create a crm to their liking. It can be a time-consuming task because you really have to learn the system but once you have it set up is so worth it! I believe their customer service is very helpful, they respond quick too, I personally never had an issue and I'm always using suitedash!

Cons:

The only downside was how slow the forms would load up when I embed them into my website, but once I connected my forms to JotForm. it all worked perfectly and now people can register from my website and login from my website as well

Overall, my six-month experience with SuiteDash has been very positive.
