  • Pros

  • The documentation is great - you will find answers to most of your questions. And if it's not enough - there is excellent support, ready to help you.
  • The client portal customisation is awesome - the best I've used. The tool is so feature rich that it will take me a long time to truly implement and use all of them - so cool.
  • I love how it is very robust. It's a very powerful CRM and for my accounting firm, I was trying to find something that is the "unicorn" CRM that a lot in the industry is looking for.
  • Cons

  • I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app.
  • Our biggest problem was keeping track of customer communications. Between email, text, slack to name but a few channels it was a mess.
  • It was a little frustrating at first to figure where to get started because I had no prior experience with CRM management system. So a few months later, I spent an entire weekend completing the setup.

  • There is loads of online support through live chat, online guides, videos, dedicated support website. The system is pretty easy and self explanatory to use and the reporting abilities are very good.
  • Love how the App links to your online account and how the receipt attachments can be categorized for ease of auto recognition.
  • Easy to useand very cost effective. Great for sales teams on the road as well we people in the office and the fact it can integrate easily into our Sage 200 finance system is great.
  • Cons

  • I sometimes see web application stalling if the data connection is poor and dropping out.
  • It can be a bit confusing when you're submitting a claim in regard to putting in the receipt information versus the claim information.
  • Viewing receipts - some images cannot be zoomed or orientated. Reports can be awkward to produce.
