Almost every job has gone through D-Tools. Even have begun to use the service and service contract part. The flexibility of it still allows us to use at least the basics on every job. Cons: The integration into the business takes some time and always take a degree of on going maintenance. I wish they would bring back the community items. Often these would be more accurate than the manufacturer. Also would like to see improvements on the Service Ticket/CRM features. Feel the mobile would be nice as an app that is not always dependent on internet. Reasons for choosing D-Tools System Integrator (SI) SRS at the time was much more complicated.
