Founded in 2009, TeamGantt is a cloud-based project collaboration and planning solution for small, midsize and large enterprises. It offers collaborative Gantt charts, time tracking, file sharing and task-level communication.
TeamGantt’s Gantt charts feature a drag-and-drop option that allows users to create tasks by dragging over dates in a calendar. Users can see what each team member is working on and how many tasks are assigned to each team member daily.
In TeamGantt, users can comment on any task and keep their chats within the tasks. Documents can also be attached to any task. Users can filter the tasks by due date and who they are assigned to, and they can convert Gantt charts into PDFs.

TeamGantt provides seamless tools to make sure that you and your team can see the entire Gantt chart and all of your dependencies. Our team appreciates the reminders it can send you about tasks and due dates, and my manager can quickly look at this and see where we are with projects.
TeamGantt currently doesn't have a mobile app, which means you have to be on your desktop to use this. I wish we had that functionality since many of our team members have to work remotely.

This tool makes sharing my gantt charts with clients a breeze.
TeamGantt offers a clean view of the gantt chart and visually is nice to see who is working on what tasks in line with the bar. But really what lead me to purchasing this software, is its sharing capabilities. TeamGantt allows me to share my charts with other users without the need for a login. This combined with the ability to embed it in webpages has been critical for radiating timelines to clients.
A common feature in these types of products I generally don't like is the "sync to calendar" feature. However, you can tell TeamGantt spent some time on this feature, and it works surprisingly well.
Where TeamGantt fall short is in their overall product polish. The user experience and underlaying design is flat out annoying. Something as simple as undoing a date change can take minutes to figure out and may not even be possible if the site didn't record it in its history. Resizing the charts is a pain and you can't even resize the tasks column. The way projects are listed in the left panel is also very difficult to read and navigate. These things can all be summarized in just the UX design. The feature set is robust and I don't think its lacking anything their customers really are asking for, at this point it just needs to be giving some TLC.

After the initial training, this is a fun software. You have the ability to create as simple or as detailed schedules as you need. It's a great way to manage your projects and timelines. The visual gantt chart was very easy for our designers to read and understand. The company is developing new features and functionality all the time.

We have been using TeamGantt for about a year now and it has helped us organize and keep track of our initiatives. This web product is easy to use and quick to implement. They continue to enhance existing functionality to improve the offering. The Administrator role is simple and adding users is quick. Great value for the money!
Easy to use, Quick to implement, no training necessary for most functions.
The printing of reports could be a little easier with options on what to include or not include.
Try it as it is so simple to use.

We are using this tool to manage many projects across different teams. It has been wonderful for everyone to be a part of the project management. A great way to collect, share and organize resources (files, documents, comments, feedback, etc).

Team gantt is a perfect tool to keep your projects on a perfect timeline! You can set the due date for the project and work your way backwards so you never miss a step
You'll never miss a deadline
It can be overwhelming at furar
If you have an entire team in this software limit it to one person who can make changes.

TeamGantt is an excellent Project Management Software. The creators are very pleasant and sociable. Their customer service is quick and pleasing. They strive to keep working on their product, fine-tuning it, adding new features and generally expanding. The product itself has excellent Gantt Chart features. It provides a choice of beautiful colors to work with. I love their diamond-shaped milestones which clearly mark out the signposts for your projects. They also enable you to see a mix of projects all at once so you can properly view and reschedule multiple projects. Another great feature is the ability to show a percentage complete progress, a feature often missing in other PM software. TeamGantt also allows you to star priority projects so that you can remember which projects to concentrate on first. Their weekly Calendar is one of my favorites because I can see the milestones and tasks that I have set up for the particular week. All in all, TeamGantt is very satisfactory. As I am using it, I feel pleasure because they have taken the time to design their software the way a designer designs a beautiful home. When I open up the software, there is a good feeling inside. And when I sign off, that feeling goes with me throughout the day. Thank you, TeamGantt.
This software is beautifully designed. And of course I like the Gantt features.
At the moment I am writing this, I can't think of any outstandingly negative feature to this software. For sure, nothing is perfect, but they are aware of that.
This software is alive because it is always improving. So I recommend it to all.

Team Gantt was very overwhelming for me at first but it is because it is capable of displaying a lot of information at once. However, the functionality of it is quite exceptional recently. You can now limit the amount of information you see at one time, which makes this the perfect tool for setting and tracking your goals.
You are able to see week by week, where you are with meeting goals and deadlines.
As soon as you log in, it was be a lot of information to see at once. You have to set your preferences to not too much at one time.
If meeting deadlines and setting goals are important you need this tool to keep you on track!

I use TeamGantt to manage all my projects and find it very easy to use and have lots of useful features.
It is easy clear and the different views; ie gantt view or to do list view.
I would love to be able to update documents within TeamGantt.

We use TeamGantt to coordinate events being run by a team of five in five different locations in the UK. TG gives us the usual features of gantt charts but with helpful extras such as a daily email digest of outstanding tasks, a comments feature to easily update one another on progress/questions.
TG customer service has been excellent throughout. Their team is responsive, listens to users, offers user seminars and requently offers new features on the software.

We use TeamGantt for all of our projects, whether they're for tracking a project being completed for a customer or internal use. Overall, this is the best PM software that we have found. The staff at TeamGantt is incredible. Whenever they're in development on new features we get the opportunity to contribute by beta testing and providing feedback. Many of the suggestions are not only considered but implemented. Overall, this is the best-bang for your buck.
Ease of use Ease of use Ease of use Ease of use. Really, it's easy to use and it can do pretty much whatever you need from a pm platform. It's constantly improving and evolving too; offering more robust features regularly.
Easy to switch between views, super easy to grab and drop tasks
None- if it were free it's be perfect

-cloud based and no need to keep sending excel charts back and forth via email (which can create versioning issues)
-super easy to use
-ability to attach relevant documentation
-not overly complex--sometimes these kind of tools can give too many options
This tool is great for any kind of work. Working in government and having to manage 64 projects at one time meant we had to find a new way of doing things. The tool has so far proven very reliable and when it hasn't, customer service has been super responsive. Nothing bad to say.
One of the simplest gantt software I've used and I've used a few. The interface allows for good collaboration across teams. We typically used this to track the progress of our product development across 6 teams distributed and the linking tasks gave a very effective picture of dependencies and the impact of delays
Easy to collaborate
Can only be used for tracking longer term project tasks. Cannot be used to plan small activities like the list of tasks for the day. If it had a built in sticky notes system (something like trello) it would be perfect. The comments feature doesn't work so well.
Have used this for cross-functional project management & it has been very helpful for communications, tracking, and accountability. It's easy to understand & navigate and helped us successfully stay aligned during our projects.

Team Gantt was extremely helpful in planning tasks across the organization for a major launch. It kept us focused on end dates and what had to get done. It's very easy to set up and maintain and has some great features and ways to view the projects and timelines. It makes it very easy to update and visualize the plan and identify where more or less time/resource may be needed.
We're using it to manage the production of websites. It's useful in retaining an overview on what's going on and how busy everyone is.
It can be an overkill. If you think of iCal for example, you can litereally drag bars in there and in the montly overview you can get a pretty good idea on when certain projects start and end. If you use TeamGANTT, make sure you're actually gonna use the comments, attachments or any other TeamGANTT specific feature that helps your project.
It's also useful if you have a lot of people and you want to make sure you're not overbooking any individual with too much stuff.
With the dependencies between tasks its easier to reschedule but I find it hard to decide what will be dependent on what. Often tasks flow into each other.
Easy to Use
Best GANTT Chart tool
Excellent Chat Customer Service
Great as one big solution for almost everything
Gets a bit tedious if you use hour estimates
Might be an overkill if your project is not too complex

There is no way to clear my card information or prevent auto paying, so if you pay even once , you will pay every month. I tried to find the way to stop auto pay, but failed. So I had to put numbers of a expired card, now I don't pay, happy now.
I used it for year planning. When I printed it, printing setup was not stored, so every time changing my plans, had to repeat setup the print form.
Overall service is not bad, just have terrible paying system.

Team Gantt scores very highly in all areas from me. As the head of a software team I schedule our quarterly delivery plans. Being centralised online I can convey where we are in the plan to anyone, anywhere. As a software engineers ourselves we really appreciate the skill that has gone in to making the app look and perform so well.
Before we were using MS Project. That was expensive and so overcomplicated. I would recommend all MS Project users that use MS Project in a light to medium capacity to change horses.
Very easy to use
Very friendly sophisticated look to it makes it a joy to use
Love the way you can put projects next to one another to quickly see resource and timeline clashes
It has great integrated one-to-one chat with TeamGantt support who have answered my few questions promptly and professionally
I have a use case whereby I may have a long list of tasks to add to my Ganttt chart, drawn from a software development package into excel. It would be great if I could bulk insert tasks. I know I can do this by creating a new temporary project, bulk importing on project create and then dragging them from that project into my project. It is a reasonable workaround but if I could do it directly it would be a cherry atop a very fine cake.

Teamgantt completely changed our way of organising our teams and projects. No information gets lost or forgotten.
One 27 inch display is fully dedicated to only show a fullscreen teamgantt planning overview at all times.
We are big fans of Teamgantt!
- simple, beautiful layout
- always synced
- easy availability view
- a desktop app would be a great improvement (for faster input)
- a mobile app is also on our wish list

Thanks for the review! I have great news, we have a developer working on a mobile app right now, so it's coming. Next on the list is a desktop app!
