I created the entire support system for my company inside Desk and Teamwork. It took a few months, but we were basically going from email to this. The price is reasonable, and they have continued to update the product. I think they have balanced complexity and usability well. I am able to schedule and plan my day from their calendar interface well. The recurring tasks are easy to create and fairly easy to manage/update. Also, Gantt charts. They also have an API that my AI is able to use. The automated triggers are also nice. Decent level of granularity. #### Cons There was a learning curve moving from other project management software to this, but I think that is expected. Some of the higher-level functionality is less intuitive to access than the day-to-day stuff. Oh, the inbox "Desk" functionality is an add-on. We weren't clear on that when we signed up. From a technical perspective, the API and documentation could be stronger. There’s room for improvement in clarity and extensibility, particularly for teams looking to build more advanced integrations. From a project management perspective, it keeps everything organized and transparent.
