The price is reasonable, and they have continued to update the product. I think they have balanced complexity and usability well. I am able to schedule and plan my day from their calendar interface well. The recurring tasks are easy to create and fairly easy to manage/update. Also, Gantt charts. They also have an API that my AI is able to use. The automated triggers are also nice. Decent level of granularity. #### Cons There was a learning curve moving from other project management software to this, but I think that is expected. Some of the higher-level functionality is less intuitive to access than the day-to-day stuff. Oh, the inbox "Desk" functionality is an add-on. We weren't clear on that when we signed up. From a technical perspective, the API and documentation could be stronger. There’s room for improvement in clarity and extensibility, particularly for teams looking to build more advanced integrations. As a business owner I want to produce reports so I can measure how effective the team is. Every. single. time. I went to produce a report for any financial meeting I would have to email the support because it wouldn't work. There is zero consistency. What worked one week doesn't work the next and I waste hours turning buttons on and off until it magically works. The final straw. We have a team member going on maternity so I requested a refund for the seat we are no longer using. They have refused to refund us because we paid annually. Which we had no choice over. There is no ability to use the reports consistently and as a business owner this is a problem.
