Mobile usage is very convenient, especially with automatic date and time recognition, making it easy to add entries without manually setting them. I mainly use the monthly calendar view, which allows me to see all my schedules at a glance—a big advantage. I can easily check off completed tasks with simple finger actions, and the UI is clear and easy to navigate. I also use it on my tablet and PC, and the fast data synchronization is convenient, especially with Google Calendar integration. On mobile and tablet, I use widgets for quick access. In the end, I decided the software wasn't for me. However, I still felt it was useful for others and would have happily recommended it to others. They offer a 14-day refund policy, so since I was within the 14 day window, I followed their steps to request a refund. Well after the 14-day window passed, they had not opened my emails or responded in any way. I had to open a dispute with Paypal, at which point it seems TickTick lied to Paypal because they closed my dispute saying that TickTick had issued the refund. I then sent an email to the email address listed in the Paypal dispute, and it was only after I finally messaged them on Facebook and stated that I would post negative reviews that I got any response from anyone at all. Their customer service absolutely destroyed them for me. I would never recommend them to anyone for that reason alone. The idea of combining a calendar for those tasks that had a due date and a to-do list for tasks that didn't was very appealing. #### Cons It didn't offer me reminders in the way that Google Calendar does, so it ended up being pretty ineffective for me. I like this a lot because my process can be unconventional at times. We're often traveling and when we get to the site we sometimes still need additional research. TickTick is collaborative so it's good for a team but you can also keep things private if you choose. It's also good for people who like the GTD method (it's to help you work better if you hadn't heard of it). #### Cons No free trial for TickTick. I think almost everything I've ever used had some sort of free trial, rather it be 3 days or 30 days. Not offering one at all put a damper on my first impression of the app. I tried the free version though and it was so limited that there's not really much point in using it. With the paid version it was sort of hard to find things sometimes and there's still a cap on how many tasks you can have. I'd like a better menu with more categories or icons. It is not a fully fledged high end project manager and probably not suitable for large corporations with extremely complex project tasks, but if you want a simple to use application that gives you everything you need to be able to keep on track this is an amazing option. Another positive is it syncs quickly, ALWAYS. If you are a collaborator in a list you will be notified of ALL tasks in that list even of they are assigned to another member. While we prefer Jira for project/incident management, TickTick allows us to keep track of our daily to-do lists. TickTick also makes it straightforward to look back and see what was accomplished on any given day. The free version offers almost all you need to deal with your OWN tasks. The clean interface and intuitive use is a gem in this complicated world. It does help me manage all my work and personal tasks on a daily basis. I love it and after trying many many other options I just stuck with TickTick for its beautiful falt design and simplicity of use as well as the clarity of all the reminder/tasks/priority. #### Cons The free version comes with one attachment possible per day which doesn't make any sense IMO. It's also very difficult to work with a team if you keep the free version. Product is easy to use but to use all the features, there is a learning curve, it took me few weeks to grasp most if not all the features. Integration with my workflow was easy as it has a web app, i was not able to download the software on work computer.
