TILOS review based on useful

it is very useful software for time distance programme for linear project

PROS

he key component of the linear scheduling strategy is the production of the venture the executives diagram known as a walk outline or Time Distance graph to show the task in two aspects: time and distance.Rather than attempting to convey a period distance project in one aspect, Walk diagrams are explicitly intended for projects where time and distance are the two primary parts that should be represented. The quantity of assets expected to fabricate and deal with a Period Distance is a little part of the number expected to foster a CPM Timetable to a similar degree of detail.Rather than making and introducing the arrangement as a progression of Gantt bars, this approach permits the organizer to incorporate and print as much detail as expected about the timetable on a solitary page. This detail can incorporate height profiles, land obtaining, spend bends, geotech information, natural windows, intersections and group development and heading of movement along the Column.

CONS

The UI looks and feels antiquated- Needs joining with other programming arrangements, for example, BIM for 4D preparation

A great tool for linear projects

It's great to use time-location software for linear projects

PROS

- Uses time-location diagrams in addition to CPM which is crucial for linear projects such as rails, pipelines, roads ...etc. - Provide plenty of customization options for the time-location diagrams. - Uses the "what you see is what you get" principle for the diagrams - Relatively easy to learn for planning professionals

CONS

- The user interface looks and feels antiquated - Lacks integration with other software solutions such as BIM for 4D planning

Reasons for switching to TILOS

Switched to TILOS for linear projects as CPM is not suitable at all

In Love to Tilos

‏I greatly appreciate the architectural foundation of Tilos. While the initial learning curve was challenging due to limited resources, once mastered, Tilos became an indispensable tool in my planning process. I recommend that Tilos explores integration with BIM tools like Revit to add a transformative dimension, potentially elevating Tilos to a new level within the market.

PROS

Tilos is an indispensable program that imparts a tangible sense of importance during utilization. Its capacity to instill a feeling of control over the entire project plan is commendable. Personally, I integrate it seamlessly with P6 to identify overlaps and plan discrepancies. The 2D capabilities of Tilos contribute significantly to enhanced visualization, providing a clear perspective on both temporal and spatial aspects.

CONS

‏Me when started using it I often encountered challenges in accessing learning materials for Tilos. In my opinion, there is a notable need for Tilos to prioritize comprehensive and well-structured documentation, ensuring the platform is effectively showcased to attract a broader user base. A user-friendly and well-documented system would undoubtedly contribute to the platform's growth and adoption.
