Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the fact that it is customisable per employee (schedule, pay, timezone, etc). The screenshots are really reliable and reporting gives you an awesome insight in what your employees are doing.

  • This tool is very good because it tells me in detail the activities I do every day and the time I am implementing them and thanks to this, we can take measures to improve

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is difficult for us to access the software a bit, the load capacity is very slow and it is difficult for us, the rest is very good

  • during the older version, the software was very buggy but with the recent updates to version 19, everything is going well!

  • Pros

  • Super easy to communicate with my team and complete tasks.

  • We have used Wrike for a while now and it has been great for us!

  • Cons

  • The software can be glitchy at times, but the customer service that Wrike provided was always spot on and they helped resolve issues quickly.

  • Not that much to complain about but it will be great if we could have more aesthetics on the platform to make it more interactive.
