I find Todoist wonderful for organizing my task into categories such as projects. Also, the chrome extension is beautiful because it's so simple.

Our whole family uses Todoist and it is easy and fun to use it. Thanks for helping me remember all my daily tasks.

When you classify your tasks into projects, you are unable to see all your tasks in one single view. Chrome plugin is sluggish.

My experiencie with Todoist has been great so far. As I said before, I´m not a big fan of this kind of software.

We were looking for a replacement for Wunderlist after Microsoft destroyed it.

Overall, I recommend it over any other app for the reasons in my Pros section. It’s not perfect but it’s the best one out there.

I loved its calm and cozy UI, the ubiquity with which it is available (I used it on my Android, Windows, Linux and browser plugin) and the chock-full of useful features that was a delight to use.

There is a lack of creativity in this software. No time-tracking or micro-scheduling.

The simplicity of the design, the effortless integration, the seamless in-text adding of deadlines and tags, the ability to sort projects and tasks by various filters.

I love that this software can link/sync up with your google calendar. I love that I can get reminders in the app and on my calendar.

The UI is fantastic, feature set is almost complete, integrations and API are nicely done and pricing is very effective.

Todist is VERY capable software with both solid tech support and a strong cult following will get you up to speed quickly—and tempt you to learn some of its more obscure (but powerful) features.

Overall, I am satisfied with this tool. It was easy to adapt my routine with it and improve my productivity and peace of mind knowing that I had all tasks mapped out in one place.

I am always interested in apps that can help me to know what to do and when. I think it's good there are different color coded sections and that you an go through it one by one.

The UX/UI is the best part of Todoist. It is easy to use and has a very beautiful interface.

The 2 big features for me are the templates and the projects. Templates are special to do lists created by experts or the community.

Todoist provided a good solution, but ultimately I decided to just use the Reminders app built into my iPhone as it functioned the best for me.

User friendly, help you to manage your tasks and appointments, I have to devide and remid my time between work and university, which is good.

I had to consolidate all project planing customer issues and resources. I could do 95% of that with ZIlicus alone.

Good selection of canned reports with Export to Excel available in most of the reports. ZilicusPm has  good training videos to get you started, very responsive tech support team.

I also liked how receptive their support staff was to suggestions and requests for improvement to be made.

This software is a complete solution for Project Management. This helps in planning, monitoring, and recording issues in an effective manner.

Excellent integrated software package. The challenge is getting my large hi tech clients to move away from Jira.

Overall good reports and dashboards available, scheduling of meeting, mom can be directly done through software itself.

Zilicus allowed me to get things up and running from a project management point of view very quickly. I also liked being able to share  what I was doing and give specific vendors accountability.

Modules like meetings are simply great as it has features to track MOMs and actions specific to meetings and projects. End-user usability is really great due to the intuitive tracking mechanisms.

The solution promises and packs in quite a bit at a reasonable cost. For small and medium businesses looking for an affordable project management tool, that is definitely a win-win situation.

It is very intuitive which made it easy for me to navigate. I am not a trained PM, and have tried using other PM software.

Overall it is a great friend to PMOs and executive management.

Excellent integrated Project Management solution.

Response of the Zilicus team in resolving the issues is very good. Custom fields for defining the project is Good.

But my favorite part is being able to put a budget and actual cost to everything. I have recommended Zilicus and have used it and will continue to use it on my large projects.

After using and evaluating a number of offerings, ZIlicus stood out in all areas - it is very affordable, scaleable, and brings a huge number of pluses to the table.

Some of the washed out, or low contrast colours. Can be difficult to find some menu items and controls.

Lack of tracking resource offsite days for resources.

There are only a couple of things that could use a tweak or two. Scheduling (which is a complex task) is a bit awkward.
