Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Streamlines all of our work. Makes scheduling easier. Easy to build reports. Great customer service.

  • ability to customize settings, simple easy to use UX and small company feel when i needs support! able to use for sales team & recruiting team.

  • Cons

  • It can be a little difficult figuring out at first. I have enjoyed the training and webinars, but without those, it can be hard to figure out on your own when getting started.

  • Occasionally, Tracker does not save properly. Although it is a very rare occasion, it does happen from time to time and usually it doesn't save the History which reflects documents sent.

  • Pros

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is simple and easy to organize my thoughts and projects with this software!

  • It's easy to use, it has a great user interface and its easy to use it even with no experience at all!

  • Cons

  • The only cons that the tool has is to duplicate cards, although it is possible, it is necessary to copy the checklist manually, for example. Even so, the tool serves very well.

  • My only complaint is that the free stickers are limiting, but the paid ones are awesome.
