Pros/Cons
Pros
- For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.
- Creation of boards is easy and helps us to be more organized in all projects and task. Trello enables us to see who is responsible for a particular task and it's reporting is excellent.
- I love that there is so much free with Trello, I also like the flexibility to set trello up however you want to, it is very easy to use.
Cons
- Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
- I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
- Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
Pros
- Super glad we pushed through and have put Workzone in our daily business operations toolbox. If you need a real time project and task management, or goals planning tool, this is amazing.
- Possess all the good features of MS Excel and MS Project, which have been nicely integrated into a nice simple layout. Allows to share documents and message across the team, good for collaboration.
- With all the great tools that Workzone provides to help me manage multiple projects across different team members, the best thing I like about it is their customer support.
Cons
- Wrike is awful; Monday is meh; Asana is confusing.
- It takes a bit to constantly update the timeline when items are stalled in reviews/approvals, but that will be the case with any project management software.
- Finding/navigating the time tracking task is a little strange.
