Flexibility to assign and notify the responsibility to teams and everything is completely transparent. We can store our documents here at the same time instead of swap to use other tools

With my requirements, I have nothing to complain about the system but its good to see their new features and improvement in the future

It is very hard to set up and deploy if you are not an IT.

Grid view is so wonderful, with Grid-view, I can manage my project with colleagues well such as the ticket management, time management, the design of ticket detail is useful for user and I love it

The board view, I do not like it because it has a bit messed up, it is too much information that the user cannot focus on their information.
