He is very eager to get feedback and is truly focused on making Doc Sheets the best solution in the industry. Upgrades are clearly communicated and releases are coordinated very well. Cons: I honestly have no real cons with using this software, other than we are using it in a slightly different then originally intended. This is not really a con, as Doc Sheets has entertained several enhancements that improved the overall experience of the application.
