Whether it is a function of geography, or an issue in the administration of the company, there have been times when the lack of support has been frustrating. Fortunately, the program is relatively user-friendly, so the need for tech support has been minimal. I like that you can tag one entry with multiple matters. I also appreciate the customer support, as they were always responsive and eager to help. While it is a great product, other time keeping software offer features such as seeing Clio time entries within the software, or being unable to unsend published time entries to further edit them. Cons: The AI generated entries need work. First, timekeepers should have the option to have the entries in other tenses, i.e., "conduct online legal research re matter" or "reviewed client email." Second, the time entries need more detail. There should be some sort of option to breakout the tasks conducted on one matter throughout the day in a single time entry.
