"Being required to estimate how many hours someone might be working on any given assignment, and then that number being the default when they go to invoice seems to trip people up."

"Our teams are struggling with getting freelancers through the many (sometimes redundant) steps that need to happen for a Worksuite Pay assignment to be live."

"I also don't like that Worksuite has an air of "greater transparency" but when it comes to actually being able to see who is supposed to take the next step in an approval process for a new worker, I cannot."
