I dont like that anyone on the team can accidentally mark your task complete.

Excellent experience, the tech support is terrific, online questions are answered immediately, most times a simple Google search results in your answer.

Best thing about the software is the ease of use.

It doesn't have some of the flashy features others might, but often those systems are super pricey, or don't work as advertised.

It takes a bit to constantly update the timeline when items are stalled in reviews/approvals, but that will be the case with any project management software.

Finding/navigating the time tracking task is a little strange.

Technical support has been excellent and Workzone staff check in from time to time to learn what else we may need to do our work better.

Customer service is great. The WZ team is always looking to improve their product and service.

Possess all the good features of MS Excel and MS Project, which have been nicely integrated into a nice simple layout. Allows to share documents and message across the team, good for collaboration.

My only complaint is that you cannot open tasks in new tabs on your browser.

The ease of use across the platform is amazing. Easily adopted by all levels of users.

I like the reporting capabilities for resource management and hours tracking. I like the functionality of commenting and emailing through workzone all associated with a task and/or project.

For entrepreneurs, it's a good choice considering low cost, flexibility, CRM integration, and client access options.

It has high importance in task management especially in tracking down deliverable in kanban projects. The user interface is very friendly and the dashboard is highly interactive.

Zoho products are inferior when comes to user interface and usability.

The system doesn't remember your preferred view and constantly changes on you. The Kanban view is next to useless.

In general, my experience with zoho has been positive. I'm happy to use it and my team likes all the different solutions zoho has for our business.

Excellent and easy to use Project Management software for small companies.

My takeaway from this is that the system is the way it is, take it or leave it. Because of all the small UI quirks and bugs it wastes a lot of your time.

One thing in common from all zoho apps is its lack of innovation in design, it is a dry design that could make you bored.

Reasonably priced backed by good product and great service/support.

Chat windows lag a lot between communication and real time forums take lot of time to update. Zoho requires high internet bandwidth, slow internet creates problem with updates and Zoho starts lagging.

Pretty easily integrated with finance, email, and other projects - I enjoyed using it.

Highly customizable and effective program with a good value. Would recommend to anyone who likes a lot of options.

What I really like about ZOHO project management software is how it helps keep me on task, the timer is especially helpful.

Unfortunately the number of project templates that you can create within Zoho Projects is limited unless you purchase more.

Had problems with my 2FA when I lost my cellphone which was very odd it locked me into that option only for logging in.

Even the free version has a lot to offer. Great integration with other modules.

The decision to move from a fully custom-built system to the Zoho ecosystem was based on the ability to have full control over customization and also the ability to integrate with other apps.

The UI is clunky, forums are outdated, the uptime is not ideal and the e-mail notifications are not working properly.

Project reminders helps us not to miss any project because of busy schedules since it can post a notification, as well, I like the customer support services.

The program is fairly easy to use and intuitive.

In general Zoho have fantastic tools, the constant updates and improvements are great bonuses and the support is always quick and friendly.
