Very flexible customising things like columns, status, types of elements, data of tasks... It also connects to Bitbucket, Teams and of course the rest of the Zoho Suite (including Projects). #### Cons All Zoho apps are very customizable, but also complex to manage and sometimes frustrating. Task management it's not simple and sometimes it can be confusing and if you're not organized you can miss work, specially if you work on several projects at the same time. Onboarding and getting users to work with the tool it's not an easy path. It is alright in setting up our teaching projects and monitoring who does what. It took me two weeks to get into the real swing of how sprints are used in school learning, rather than technology. Security is okay, I have no problems.
