Easy to use and saves a lot of time. I have been using the software for all contracts and documents review.

Additional definition integration is difficult. I want there be better integration for allowing additional symbols for definitions.

Including new feature Red flags, which have helped the user to include and exclude texts, and cross-verify the document with proper clauses and claims, DocReview has helped a lot in Proofreading and formatting.

No difficulties so far in using the software.

I rely on MikeLegal to proofread all of my agreements. It has been a very helpful tool that is suitable for any fast-paced environment.

The proofreading feature lessens the general time I take in reviewing agreements.

The formatting feature takes time to undertsand and more often than not, will not format the documents completely. There may be gaps in formatting. However, once the issue is highlighted to the support team, they are quick to help you get back on track.

It has been helpful with various aspects of checking formatting.

I can rely on Mic DocReview to ease my proof-reading burden.

A lot of times, double spacing is missed out.

Software is still at a nascent stage and lot of improvements can come in.

Easy to setup and use - The tool can be easily installed in MS word and used with minimal training.Helps with many legal use cases like missing definitions, missing clause referencing, etc.

Sometimes the software crashes when the document is very large. Hopefully this is fixed over time.

It's good and learned much new thing in less time. Also less time consuming

Proof reading is made easy and effective to use.

I liked how the proof reading is made however, more progress can be made in integrating cross referencing with word. Sometimes it feels like double effort.

That it doesn’t offer more options as you scale

The definitions and the clause referencing check provides such a relief when doing a final review of a document.

When I pull up, for example, the list of "all definitions", I get a list of the defined terms along with a navigate button alongside each word. An "up" and "down" icon to easily peruse through the different words would be a bit more helpful rather than clicking the navigate for each word.

The software is so easy to implement. The Legal team also liked it a lot and suggested it reduced their work load massively.

Probably better integration with other contract management/document management tools would be great.

Fairly good. Especially for document review. There are some features which would slightly have to change.

Identifying terms which are capitalised but not defined.

detection misses in punctuation marks and consistency in style

Definition and Cross Reference feature is a blessing. They have helped me save a lot of time

I wish this tool was available on Outlook also so that I can proofread emails before sending them .
