I like the way it shows me my day and when I click on each tab, gets me what I need to clear it. Cons: The click-throughs to get to one report or tab and the new renewal generator. NO THANKS. I also cannot stand when you go to look at a renewal or anything now on a resident's main tab and it makes you have to "close" out to get back to the beginning. Noooo. Just no. Residents have given great feedback - from being able to pay rent online, to opening work orders, signing lease documents, and seeing their files. It provides transparency that it is so important for this industry. Cons: The only downside is paying for different products. At that time they didn't have an assigned 'reporting' person to take me by the hand and walk me through all the custom reports I needed to create. HOWEVER, now that time has passed, I'm a pro at the reporting and am VERY pleased how customizable the reports are. Our assigned product knowledge person is VERY available and super pleasant to deal with. I'll often ask her "I need a report that will give me XYZ" and she'll respond immediately with a path to get to the right report. The way reports are named took some getting used to too. Once you get a handle on where each column pulls from it's super easy to create all kinds of custom reports. Cons: The initial setup was stressful.
