"It allows me to stay on top of the day to day operations, rent collections, violations and be able to provide valuable feedback information to my managers."

"The intuitive interface makes managing tenants and rentals straightforward, while comprehensive reporting and efficient email communication tools help streamline daily tasks."

"I've used it every single day since about 5 yrs ago and my experience has been great, I wouldn't change it for any other software, I can find anything I need within seconds, I can communicate with my vendors/tenants from here, I can customize pretty much anything for my business needs"

"The interface isn't as customizable as I would like, and certain UI customizations that seem basic to me aren't available."

"The reports are difficult to customize within Rent Manager and the ability to export is also limited. When exporting to excel, it merges columns in an attempt to maintain the aesthetic which results in data that can't easily be sorted."

"It seems to be an issue with the servers and having so much traffic at rent collection time during the month."
