- The software is very easy to navigate and works great with my current setup. It is easy to add more units as your facility grows.
- Easy access and very user friendly, the comments to communicate with other team members, and the fact that I was able to load documents is great.
Cons
- Automatic reminders for mail and SMS lack full customization. No easy way to set up reminders based on triggers.
- Revenue reports groups the revenue by Buildings and Payment Dates, which is confusing for us when we try to reconcile when we make a deposit.
Pros
- The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
- The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.
Cons
- I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
- Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
