Pros/Cons
Pros
- Support is good and the way it structure on accounting and invoicing bills are good. Need to improve in bank and cash section.
- Highly recommended for its simplicity and strong backing by a knowledgeable team.
- Our appreciation goes to him, exclusively. Thanks, [sensitive content hidden], for being a patient and highly effective support source.
Cons
- There is no option to pay rent online through this app. They can include this feature.
- The system hangs quite often during the regular use of the software and automatically logs out. The software shows an error in browsing while pulling the receipts from the Mollak system.
- In the invoice overall due is showing. Some residents gets confused.
Pros
- I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.
- Cloud Based, very well thought out and designed, excellent search, good quality accounting, excellent only help.
- I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.
Cons
- We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.
- This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.
- Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.
