Apartment Information Management Software (AIMS) is an all-in-one property management solution for apartment owners, landlords, and property managers. Released in 2011, AIMS offers the same functionality that can be found in leading web-based property management systems in a simple, easy-to-use and affordable application. Because it’s delivered through the cloud, AIMS is available around the clock, from any internet ready device with a secure connection.
Through AIMS, users are able to manage property accounting, tenant and lease tracking, budgeting and forecasting, building maintenance, and customer relationships. The accounting portion offers GL, AR/AP, and a detailed transactional history. Reporting tools give managers better visibility over balances due, deposits (security, pet, and others), and transactions, as well as which lead sources are generating the most applicants.
AIMS helps property managers plan for vacancies and monitor features in units. Important information, like total rent due, leases expiring, applications to review, and pending maintenance is displayed directly on the AIMS Dashboard. Tenants can submit monthly payments online.
AIMS is built on the trusted MySQL database. An industry standard, MySQL will run on all major operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux. Information is easily and conveniently shared with regional managers, leasing agents, and property managers who work primarily outside of the leasing office.
We recommend Apartment Information Management Software to apartment and residential property managers looking for a user-friendly, comprehensive solution to manage their daily workflow.

Only good for big apartment managers, if you are a small apartment manager it may be harder than manual work.
Cheap than many softwares, its hosted on strong servers so that us always online and fast to load, makes it easy to store and retrieve information when needed, good for large property managers and owners because it has ability to manage big data.
Poorly developed and not attractive to new clients, their customer support service is poor, has many processes before data is processed thus requires some skills to use. Its generally not much far from manual work for small apartment owners.
