Great Experience and Top Notch Customer Service
From set up to daily use, we always have the customer support we need. Training new employees to use it was very easy and our residents loved it. It was simple for them, and they liked the extra layer of security Amenity Boss added to our amenity areas.
PROSAmenity Boss allows us to track amenity users and control the access, insuring residents of equipment availability and room. We have used it for Yoga class reservations, pickle ball courts, fitness facilities, even the pool. It also allows us to prevent non-residents from gaining access.
CONSWe really didn't have any cons. Amenity Boss fit our needs perfectly.

Helped Us Navigate A New World In Property Management
Overall, Amenity Boss helped us navigate the new world of social distancing and mask-wearing during the Covid pandemic. It allowed us to keep up with staying under capacity limits, keep track of contact tracing and even allowed us to find ways to use Amenity Boss for special event reservations.
PROSAmenity Boss allowed our property teams to be able to easily set up and administer amenity registration for residents, as well as monitor usage of amenities by resident.
CONSThe biggest negative feedback we received from our property staff that used Amenity Boss regularly is the inability to re-open an amenity spot if someone does not show up for their reserved time slot. The time slot must be cancelled prior to the time slot beginning. This made it difficult to better service residents when we were reaching the capacity of any of our amenities.

I wish it were incorporated with current building software to make process smoother for residents and users.

Over the course of two years, I find that I enjoy using this software and it makes managing the information bearable.

A Bright Spot In 2020!
Because of the current pandemic, our company implemented Amenity Boss as a way to manage restricted number of persons using the amenities to say with guidelines. It has been a godsend. I can look at the dashboard and see who 'should' be there and then go out and remind those that did not make a reservation to follow guidelines. I love this system!
PROSI loved being able to set up each amenity with personalized info and photos. It's user friendly, the residents can use it with minimal direction. Amenity Boss has thought of everything from set up to deployment to user experience on both the community and resident side of things. I love the dashboard features and how the info i need is just a click away!
CONSAt first, I was a little confuse with the set process for the hours of operation. But, support was amazing and answered all my questions quickly and with easy to understand instruction. I have not yet requested new codes for apartment yet, and I wish there was an easier way to get them rather than doing an upload of a spreadsheet (I think that's what I read) I'd rather be able to open a tab dedicated to updating user codes and being able to type in a vacate date and then a new code generated after that date.

LifeSaver During Pandemic
Overall, this software was a true lifesaver this year. We were eager to get our amenities open for our residents and shopped a bit before deciding on Amenity Boss. The resident user experience was important to us and we wanted it to be easy for them. We feel like this gave us exactly what we needed.
PROSThis software allowed us to open our amenities during the pandemic. In our county, there were many requirements and restrictions that Amenity Boss gave us the ability to comply with. Without a way to schedule amenities to maintain approved capacity, we would not have been able to open.
CONSThere were a few areas that I feel could be improved to make the software more customizable and versatile. Setting up the schedules was always a bit of a struggle with the way it was laid out. Would also have preferred a way to offer user codes by resident vs. apt.

The Easiest Way to Manage Amenities in Our Community!
Very easy app to use. Great customer service.
PROSEasy set up as an administrator. The amenities notice provided by the software was very helpful and resident had no issue following introductions.
CONSNot able to customize the number of passes given to an account according with the size and number of tenants in the unit.

i've had a great experience with amenity boss and I've really appreciated being able to use this software to help navigate through COVID regulations.
PROSi love that this software has the option to send user an email/text link that completely walks them through the process of setting up an amenity pass.
CONSi dont have any cons! i have nothing but great things to say about this software

Works perfectly to monitor capacity at Amenities.
Amenity Boss has been great. It has helped us monitor capacity.
PROSIt holds people accountable to reserve time at amenities. It is easy to use so there is no confusion on the user and admin end.
CONSI love the app. The tough part is getting residents to use it and follow the rules without constant supervision. This has nothing to do with the software.

Making Life Normal Again
I think overall Amenity Boss is a great edition to help deal with these Covid times. It allows us to monitor use of our facilities much easier as well as restrict usage without having to tell you each apartment individually. We also can change the hours or block off holidays easier than I was expecting. Overall I think Amenity Boss is going to make opening our amenities much easier and give us a little relief during these stressful times.
PROSI like how you can set up hours of operations and it is easy to read. I also like how you can block off hours for cleaning. It is easy to add all the different types of amenities we have and to regulate them separately. The system can be tricky at first, but the get started videos were of great help! You can also allow access to other members of the team and control what type of access they have.
CONSI wish there was an easier way to email out information to your residents and edit the message the that is sent. I wish you could also allow access to more than one member of each household.

Great system amidst COVID - reservation queue!
LOVE IT!!
PROSWe have never had to utilize a reservation software prior to COVID for the use of our swimming pools or fitness center. We have now begun to use Amenity Boss and LOVE how empowered the residents are to setup their own reservations, and the process is SO SIMPLE to follow and monitor! Saved us a lot of time!
CONSI do not like how the 'notification' e-mail to the residents doesn't prompt them with a 'how-to' within the e-mail on the reservation system. So we spend a great deal of time training residents on importance and use.

Great product!
We enjoy that amenity boss is easy to use for our residents with very little troubleshooting required. This makes our jobs so much easier.
PROSI like the ease of use for the residents. I also appreciate how user friendly it is for us in the office.

Easy to use and great for our residents
We starting using Amenity Boss at our community as we opened amentity spaces during COVID19. The set up was easy, residents also find it easy to use. It has been very helpful to us as we work our way through the new way of life with social distancing at a large property.
CONSSo far the software as worked well for us and there isn't anything I can think of that would need to be added for us.

Problem Solved
Overall Amenity Boss is easy to use. If there are questions, it's easy to reach out to support and they respond very quickly.
PROSAmenity Boss made it possible or us to open and monitor our amenities during the pandemic without the need for additional staffing. The setup was easy and seamless.
CONSThe software cannot be integrated with our current software, so it's a bit more time consuming to go to the Amenity Boss site separately, but certainly easy to do.

Easy, Inexpensive, Life Saver
All of us in the office love Amenity Pass. It is so easy to use and frees up alot of our time. :)
PROSI like that it takes alot of work from us. It tells our residents how many available spaces there are and keeps them from calling us constantly to make reservations. I also like that we can see "live" who should be at the amenities at that specific time.
CONSI wish the resident could still cancel their pass even after it has started.

We started using Amenity Boss due to covid and it works great. It is easy to set up and very user friendly. Resident's have no issues using this program. It also helps us keep track of who is using the amenities and at what time.

Lifesaver with Phased Reopenings!
Our overall experience has been extremely positive for both the residents and the staff. This app helps us control the occupancy in our amenities since we are still working on a phased reopening.

Amazing!
