We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

NO notifications when an e-mail is unable to send.

The intuitiveness is remarkable and our time savings are significant. Amazing product, service and company.

I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

It really helps keep everything in one place, organized and accurate. I love that they are always improving by upgrading or adding new features.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

I love how simple this system is to use. The text message abilities are great and probably the most used feature for us.

I like the easiness of the software. The pricing is affordable, and the reports are easily accessible.

When there is a problem and I need to speak with someone, due to lack of video instructions, it is nearly impossible to do so.

I also like that every tenant I have now pays online where I never have to process a check or money order, so collecting rent each month is easy. It is a great system to use.

Our owner loves the ease with which we can give him reports and answer his questions on costs etc all the way down to the individual door level.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

They are super friendly and always willing to help. The yearly customer conferences are great.

This is a very easy software to learn. Finding the information you need quickly is one of the best features to help with efficiencies in every job.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

Great user friendly program, very easy to navigate through all areas and I love the way everything is tied together when researching things.

The customer service is amazing. I am always called back usually the same day and they email information to help solve an issue prior to calling you.

The on boarding was great. The service I have had while we have had Appfolio has been top notch.

I love the ease of use of this software. It gives me so many options for reporting, investigating any issues, and my tenants love that they can pay online and request maintenance online as well.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

We love the reporting, the customer support, the owners love the reports. The ACH payment to owners is great.

The accounting or the processes are sometimes weird. If you do not follow them, you end up in trouble.

Later down the line they must've restructured their support team and it's been terrible.

The ease of navigation and the functions available make my job easier. I love that my company is taking on more and more aspects of this great software little by little.

There are management level approvals that are in place before a check is issued which would eliminate fraudulent activity from happening.

Easy to use, on the cloud, has everything you need to run a RE business, from payments to ticketing to accounting. Love the PayNearMe integration.

A great amount of this success is due to Pilera. We use Jenark as our financial platform and Pilera integrates with it seamlessly and many other financial platforms.

The resident portals have been a big hit with our residents. I can't tell you how happy our Boards are with our reporting capabilities.

Management is lovely, professional, and responsive. Very pleasant working relationship and I genuinely like these people.

I also love that Pilera offers great customer service that is professional, reliable, and provides resolution when I have an issue.

Software is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and very user friendly. Customer service/support is always so helpful and quick to respond (Rhonda is our go-to and she is incredible!).

I love the simplicity of sending out multiple or single welcome messaged and how easy it is to make administrative changes.

Sometimes figuring out warnings can be challenging. I have had complaints from investors about using Pilera because they have multiple names as Owners and can't link all their accounts in a login.

The ability to provide a Resident Portal to every homeowner or tenant. The product support is exceptional.

It has been one of the most reliable elements in my company. The managers and the clients are very happy with it.

We particularly like how aesthetically pleasing the interface and communications appear, and how it can be used to reverse 911 for any urgent notices needed.

I do like that the software itself is very easy to use.

I don't like that we can not set households up.

We use the email feature the most. And the lack of customization is frustrating at times.

My main complaints with Pilera would be the Unassigned folder.

It gives us the ability to know if the messages are received and opened. Provides us with the ability to provide a Document repository for every community.

I personally love the ease in which I can find unit owner information, as well as ease in using the support/hel desk.

For example the residents dislike the borders of the emails but that is something we cannot change. I do appreciate that the development team is taking our feedback and making pilera more functional.

I love the ease of communicating with the membership, the languages the messages allow users to pick, and the tracking of the membership when adding and removing people from the system.

The customer service team is incredible at helping you navigate through any issue you may be having with the software.

The software is easy to use and navigate through which makes it simple to explain to clients. Pilera is also always making improvements and adding more features making it better every year.

This is what they promised me before the change and they in my opinion made changes I have asked about and others that I have appreciated.

If there was one aspect I dislike, I would prefer the resident database appear immediately after selecting the HOA instead of being directed to the dashboard.

Functionality is great for very basic things. Granted I probably haven't used all of the features that are available and that is something i need to explore further.
