We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

NO notifications when an e-mail is unable to send.

The intuitiveness is remarkable and our time savings are significant. Amazing product, service and company.

I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

It really helps keep everything in one place, organized and accurate. I love that they are always improving by upgrading or adding new features.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

I love how simple this system is to use. The text message abilities are great and probably the most used feature for us.

I also like that every tenant I have now pays online where I never have to process a check or money order, so collecting rent each month is easy. It is a great system to use.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

The customer service is amazing. I am always called back usually the same day and they email information to help solve an issue prior to calling you.

The on boarding was great. The service I have had while we have had Appfolio has been top notch.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

Tenant cloud and their customer service is awful.

I can manage all my income and expenses with it, and I don't need to pay for a Quickbooks subscription. It's definitely a win-win and my accountant is going to thank me in April.

Great software for managing properties, but lacks financial integration beyond Quickbooks Online.

I signed up a while after tenantcloud integrated background checks. It's been half a year since and I'm loving it.

There are just a few features that a difficult to use. Some of the features that we can access from settings are a bit different from the main dashboard navigation.

It is a very nice user interface, quite easy to navigate.

Now I have to contact my bank on getting these charges removed.

Lots of features and great customer support. We been with TC for more than 5 years and we like to continue as long as they continue provide the same or better.

The worst part about Teantcloud is the lease builder (which they say is getting a refresh) and accounting.

I got the trial for this to compare against other free products. The free products won out for cost and ease of use.

The platform is clunky and not very intuitive. Tracking expenses and crediting tenants is difficult and changes with each update.

Seriously, I'm very impressed with the amazing  job TenantCloud did. I manage my rentals by myself and I don't need any help, it's really great.

Accounting setup a little confusing. A lot of back and forth when looking for a transaction.

It has been very easy for the most part to get this set up. It is also nice that there is a phone app that can be used in addition to the website.

It has everything I need to manage my properties, and even has some additional features that I would have never thought to use, but find super helpful.

The only cons I struggle with are more than likely because I don't use it on a daily basis.

I absolutely love Tenant Cloud. Already, in the three months that we have been using it, we have saved over $540 by not using the program that we were using last year.

Pretty bad and will be out of business soon with this service and attitude.

I have a rental property (first time) and was referred by a friend who does this for a living. I started with the free trial and am very impressed.

I like the price range the like the easy use of it and how i was able to set up my three properties really easy.

It is super user friendly. I love the free listing syndication to the other rental sites (we have filled all of our empty units faster than if we were trying to do it alone).

The accounting is difficult to setup and the Zillow integration has not worked for any of my listings. Which may be the reason I ultimately switch from TenantCloud.

When drafting my boilerplate lease...the format comes out slight wrong every time. The software creates a bunch of space between words or sentences.

It’s perfect for my small portfolio. A great way to limit my costs but still have everything documented and recorded for my records.

Also the accounting filters reset to default every time you make a change, so making many changes of the same type is brutal.

I love the price of the software and the ease of linking my listing to multiple websites. I like the maintenance request page.

Lots of functionality, nice user interface, great mobile app, decent online support help (when applicable).
