Pros/Cons

Pros
This software was very user friendly and had everything you would need to manage properties! I loved this software and all it's capabilities!
I love that you can work on multiple properties at the same time. It is super easy and user friendly!

Cons
sometimes freezes up on me. other than that great.
The cost is pretty reasonable, but AF does tend to stick in extra fees. They are all disclosed, but a flat fee would help.

Pros
I liked the layout of the website and the functionality
The cost/flexibility of the tool. I can't find any other sofware near the value this provides for the cost for a mom/pop landlord.

Cons
Does work with vacation rental but they say it's coming soon.
Not much except would like the software to provide additional capabilities to manage lease in future.
