Pros/Cons

Pros
This software was very user friendly and had everything you would need to manage properties! I loved this software and all it's capabilities!
I love that you can work on multiple properties at the same time. It is super easy and user friendly!

Cons
sometimes freezes up on me. other than that great.
The cost is pretty reasonable, but AF does tend to stick in extra fees. They are all disclosed, but a flat fee would help.

I love Yardi! It displays all my work clearly and effectively.
I like that this product is easy to use and it is easy to find reports.

Cons
We have to run payroll through a different program- which is unfortunate- but it is good overall.
its lags at times but that due to the constance updates to make it a better user experience. They are usually resolved quickly.
