Pros/Cons
Pros
- If you are looking for a reliable software to manage your own properties or you are a property manager who wants a nice solid software for a good price, I highly recommend Buildium.
- I think this is the best bang for your buck. You get full accounting, great tenant and property management, and great customer service all for a very good price.
- Thanks for making this app. Good job for the owner of this also your admin very reliable to fix some issue and that the one I really love so far.
Cons
- If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.
- It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.
- Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.
Pros
- Uptime is great ... meets all of our needs ... customer support is excellent ... time saver, especially with repeat customers ... love the ability to quickly send a confirmation to our guests.
- We will always recommend Easy Inn Keeping, not just for a good product, but for the excellent care and attention you are sure to receive.
- Promote the best reservation that can increase the sales. Good hospitality with customers due to quick performance of software as compared to manual.
Cons
- Before EasyInnKeeping my business was a disaster. It was difficult to keep track of reservations.
- Neither company could convert my data from Rezovation besides the customer table, so I lost a decade of history.
- The inability to set seasonal rates by month/day only. Must redo every year and sometimes online bookers slip through with the off season rack rates.
